Im a shopaholic and whenever i visit fn's site, i always got tempted to but clothing even tho i dont need it yet. Its a habit that I need to quit but with fn, nothing could go wrong since their selections are affordable, they don't hurt my budget that much, BIG THANKS!
So i wasnt actually the fn user but it is my mom, she saw a good romper that will fit me and i said sure, so i gave fn a try and i didn't regret it at the very least. The romper arrived nicely packaged in just 3 business days, love it!

I have been a shopper for years before they were even popular. The shipping was always great. Would be shipped out same day and I would have it in the next two. I have bought tons of stuff from them and spent a lot of money here. Lately, the shipping and customer service has been horrible! They are going to ruin their company with this. I bought several items on November 30th and they have yet to be shipped. The site says there could be a 7 day shipping delay but I am having a feeling it will be far longer than that. I got to the point I just wanted to cancel the order, and sent an email. A woman by the name Monique responded that I could not cancel the items and could not get a refund of my money even if I did. That is absolutely ridiculous. That is not my fault that your shipping sucks. I should not be punished for your mistake. The same thing has gone with purchasing and the item is out of stock. They don't notify you, only ship out with you expecting all to be there and then you open the box to have an e-gift card in it. No option to get your money back. Who said I wanted to buy anything else from you after the mistake? Give me my money back. It is starting to become theft in a way. I looooove the clothing on this site but, I am not sure I will buy again. If you are having heavier than normal purchasing, that doesn't mean you make everyone wait ridiculous amounts of time to receive yet SHIP their order that means you HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES to work. You guys have more than enough money to do that... I am so disappointed in them and their policies. It is not your right to keep people's money for your own mistakes. People don't want to shop somewhere they have to worry about. Part of the reason I choose to shop here is because they are well,... were reliable and I knew what I ordered is what I would get just as expected unlike some of the other sites out now. Fix your issues or lose your customers it's that simple.

I returned a package a month ago and it has been exactly one month that I have not received my e-gift card. They said it takes 5-7 days the most and its been one month. I asked where my process of the return is and one of the workers told me that my order has already been shipped.? That did not answer my question and I had to wait a whole week to get another response. They continue to say it will take 5-7 days to process my return... Terrible, I really will not be shopping here again.

I always loved shopping at fashion nova. Never had an issue till I order a outfit that didnt fit me and I wanted to refund my money back or atleast an exchange in return. The outfit was made poorly as I was trying it on. So I contact fashion nova customer service and it said Im not going to get my money back or my exchange. So, basically they cheated me out of my own pocket. Highly disappointed! This doesnt make any sense to not ship the outfit back to the owner instead of keeping it. Thats ripping someones money off! I dont want to shop here anymore this is the worst customer service I ever had! DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will never get your money back or an exchange! Not only that its not a free shipping return so I had to pay to shipped it back. And, you mean to tell me I cant get it back? Even if fashion nova dont do returns or exchanges. Everything they say is false advertisement! They say they dont do returns or exchanges for final sales that ends in blah blah. But, they didnt put that on their website till I seen the return slips?
I placed an order on Nov 26. Order Number: #******* They took money out my account for the order on the 28th. I still haven't received my items which were suppose to ship in 2 days. I've emailed, text and called with no resolve. All I keep getting is due to high volume there is delays. Don't take my money knowing you don't have the items available. I'm so disappointed, because I got good reviews from my friends before I ordered. This is my first and last time ordering from Fashion Nova. If I don't hear from them today I will call my bank and get a charge back. I'm not waiting for something that I paid for almost 2 weeks ago.
I placed an order on Cyber Monday. I spent enough to qualify for the 2 day shipping.Its now 11 days later, and no shipping information as of yet. When you email them, its the most vague and generic response that offers ZERO help. After reading all these reviews, I am now concerned if they will ever ship out my items!
Why is there no customer service? I'm a loyal customer who has ordered from this site multiple times. I have yet to receive all of the items from an order BACK IN SEPTEMBER, nor money from a refund BACK IN SEPTEMBER. I contacted the company several times and was even able to get ahold of "Mel" over email... for a brief two responses before she decided she was not in the mood to help. Unfortunately, I have to take this up with my credit card company and dispute the charges for clothes that I never received nor got refunds for.

1/2 of the items I bought do not fit and their awful return policy doesn't allow you to return items ending in certain numbers because they are final sale. Unfortunately, there is no way to know that info until you get the return slip. No where in the items description does it say what you ordered it final sale... no where. Plus, if you do decide to return something that fits their return policy Fashion Nova expects you to pay for shipping. What!? That's not ok. I am highly disappointed. I heard such great things about fashion nova. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I refuse to shop here again.
I ordered on November 24th 200.00 worth of stuff with 2 day shipping and my order has not even been fulfilled to even be shipped off. I needed this order for a photo shoot and my birthday party. It is now December 7th and I haven't heard anything. I have sent numerous of emails and tried contacting the customer service line but never a real person to speak with. But had the nerve to send an email with the return policy stating I can get a refund but only though a gift card. I will never order from this site again and I advise Nobody too. Fashion nova sucks!
So i was reading everyone's review about fashion nova being fraudulent but im here to tell u they most deff are not! Because its busy and everyone's ordering their sending stuff out without emailing their customers that its in transit, that it has been fulfilled, or letting to customers know their tracking number. Today is December 7th and i got my email with the tracking number that my item is in transit. The thing is, my item has been in transit since yesterday (December 6th) but i kept going to the site to see was my order fulfilled and it said unfulfilled when it was and i had no way of knowing. They should just be better prepared next time around these days!
This is the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered an item with flat rate international 5-10 shipping. 6 weeks later and I have received nothing with no explanation.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
