Placed order on 11/24/17... items still have not shipped 2 weeks later. Customer service replies with an automated email stating some BS. They wont credit your account... just give you a store credit AS IF you would like to do business with them again. PoshShop is awesome... try them.

I ordered quite alot from their site on black friday. My items still have not shipped, and every time I e-mail them they reply with the same answer! I dont know who all these happy 5 star customers are. Cant be real. The site is really not trusthworthy! DONT buy from them!

They refunded my order 4 times. The 4th time didnt even tell me that it was refunded. I asked them why, they said because they was out of stock... why dont yall update yall website, so. Ill know whats out of stock or not. Customer service is bad also.

I ordered on 24th of Nov said theres a delay of seven days, heeeeyyyu! Its more than 7 days!
What is going on?! Emails same answers! No human on the phone this is ridiculous! First impression as a first user, this is horrible experience!
