I am unfortunately part of the group of people who ordered from Fashion Nova for Cyber Monday. I was super excited because this was my first time ever ordering from them and I've seen so many great reviews of their products online and I wanted to get my hands on some cute clothes. I've also reached out to their customer service and got an e-mail saying it would take up to 7 business days to process but it's now been 10 and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I've tried to be patient but this is ridiculous. I've literally received the rest of my orders a week ago so there's no excuse. I'm going to do a fraud dispute with my bank as well because this is bs and I honestly don't even want my order anymore. Oh, and their return policy is a joke.
For my over $300 order that I placed on November 25th, I contacted them the other day (when I made my first review) and let them know that on December 12th (TODAY) I'll be filing a chargeback dispute with my bank if they don't ship my order. It has been 3 weeks! They clearly didn't give a *******@mn because they still sent the same email saying my order will be shipped in '5 more business days'... but it's already been nearly 3 WEEKS.
They ruined my Holidays, I was so excited for all these clothes. So now I'm having to rush and re-create items similar to my order elsewhere. I'm going on F21 and prettylittlething to try to find similar clothes :( THANKS FASHION NOVA, ENJOY THE CHARGEBACK! GUESS MY $300 WASN'T IMPORTANT

I placed an order 11/19 received confirmation and a tracking # on 11/22 to show the order was mailed and I'm still waiting for this order to arrive. There are many folks posting that they placed orders mid to late November and have yet to receive ANYTHING. At least respond to our e-mails, calls and update us with a status on our orders your silence is unprofessional. Deleting customers reviews off social media, blocking people from your social media pages and inflating your reviews over the internet is not good business practice Fashion Nova.

The customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. It is like they do not have any brain or logical thinking. They don't answer the simple questions that you ask them, they just copy and paste parts of their policies that have nothing to do with your question.
Glad to know I'm not the only one dealing with this but sad to see so many people who haven't received their items. I made two orders, one on the 27th and one on the 29th. The 29th package has arrived while it it's two weeks later and still nothing on the first package. I'm so irritated. How do you send the second one and not the first? Especially if you're hiding behind the "we're overwhelmed" excuse. Seems to me you should've sent the order placed on the 27th first. I received a 40% off coupon code but I mean, if I use it, when will I get my items? February?
I made an order on Nov 27th 2017 and today is Dec. 11th and have not yet received my items. The first time I ever ordered there they sent me the wrong item them I have to pay to send it back to them to get the correct item. They messed my order up not me, so why should I have to pay for their mistake? Their customer service really SUCKS. You cannot even speak to anyone. When you email them they will send you a standard email saying your items will be there shortly. Fasho Nova has really put a bad taste in my mouth!
It has been 11 business days since I made my order on Black Friday Nov 24th.
I got a message that my order was going to take up to 7 business days due to the "overwhelming demand this holiday season" (Considering that I order the same day from: Macys, Kohls, Amazon, Missguided, Lacoste, and they already all arrived) I emailed customer service, asking for help, because I needed this order by December 9. No one helped. After 9 business days they shipped it, REGULAR shipping. So so disappointed about their customer service. I needed my dress for a really special occasion, and I had to go and buy another one, because my order has NOT even arrived yet today Dec 11. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
This was my first time ordering from fashion nova. Ordered my clothes a while back and still have not received $#*!! Every time I call customer service, they direct me to a stupid automated message and proceeds to hang up on me. Seriously, going to sue yall and for false advertisement.
I returned a pair of ripped jeans to them 2 months ago and have not received my gift card. I've emailed them countless of times and just get the same automated response.
I suck on communication as I often stutter but when my dress got some defects and I need to return it, the customer service on the other line of the fashion nova took some time to really get what Im saying. Im so happy that my problem got resolved and didnt left untouched. So happy with the service FN!
One thing is for sure for me, No other site can top fashion novas offers! The shipping itself is more than enough to carry the whole site upwards! People and most especially ladies I know has been praising fashion nova because of the way they handle things. It really is a great site to have for fashionistas like me and other girls around.
I have bought both my princess good stuff here. It was really shopping here the shipment arrived in time they have told me. Also has the greatest customer support, never did got shy when talking to someone on their lines. Will do more orders soon.

This dresses i order arrives in time because of their shipping. Okay, im gonna focus on the dress part. The materials and the colors they use compliments well with my skin tone and it fits perfectly( almost any dress) i have the feeling that i need to order more from them and im definitely doing it. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
