I've been shopping online with them for months; must have ordered at least 8 times. My last order they apparently delivered it but I did not get it. Sent them an email and was told that it was not their responsibility once it shows delivered and that it was up to me to file a claim against their carrier. I'm confused on how it is that this is now my responsibility? So I called their carrier and was told that Fashion Nova is the one that needs to file the claim since they are the shipper. This company is a scam. They have the poorest customer service I've ever ran across.
And they take days to reply back to your emails.
Received my order on December 18th, order was placed on November 24th. I was happy to finally receive my order, only to discover most of my items were missing. No credit slip, no refund?! No email to advise me the items would not be in the shipment. I have sent two emails none answered, called the customer service, no answer. What the hell is wrong with these people?! This is so unfair to customers, there is really nothing for anyone to do once you are stupid enough to place an order with this company, you bascially have to sit and pray your order is shipped with all the items you have actually ordered, or you will just have to take the lost?! What kind of $#*! is this?!
I placed an order on November 24th for over $500 US, to this date, still has not been shipped, i have sent three emails, received two replies since, no in debt information, just very basic, and also sounded rehearsed, none of the questions in my email was answered, just telling me they are having a delay in shipping, why were they not better prepared? They are so busy, but still find time to be posting new arrivals?! They need to stop taking orders, until the backlog of orders have been cleared. And a compensation needs to be given to individuals for having them wait this long, people are spending alot of money, to have to wait, without being given so much as a decent reply! Hire more staff, do something, but this is bad business and totally unacceptable!
I ordered my items 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting. There is no REAL customer service, so it feels like I'm waiting in the dark. After reading similar reviews, I know now this company is fraudulent and I feel scammed
It has been over 18 days and I still have not received a tracking number or an email back from any of their customer care. This has been the worst ever, they send and ship to all these celebrities to wear their things for free but the people who pay will not get their items or money back. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered.

You will never see your clothes or money back, even if you are supposed to get 2 day shipping. I ordered on November 29th and have didnt receive any tracking info until I contacted them on December 11th and was told that 2 of my items were sold out(even though still available to order online), and since that day, the shipping info has been saying that the order is in transit to New Orleans. Then I reordered that same day, this time paying for rush shipping and I have not seen any of my items. The customer service is some generic response, now stating that my order will ship soon even though I was told it shipped a week ago.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA! Their customer service is horrible and they do not ship your items. Forget about asking for a refund even though the fault is on their part. Have contacted them numerous times since day 14 days my order was placed and I have no clothes or refund Once you call them out on their mistake they stop responding. Spend your money wisely somewhere else.
They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered my item almost a month ago they not only have not processed the order and not shipped it, but they DO NOT reply back to emails, tweets, phone calls or any other attempt to contact them. They take your money, but will not deliver the product.
Do not I mean do not order from Fashion Nova they are taking people money and are not shipping them their items that they ordered. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I have order my stuff and 12 days later it still has not been processed or shipped they are not trying to cancel my order or refund me my money. So order else where because this is not worth them stealing from you. Your hard earned Money.
Horrible customer service the worst purchase i made. Its been weeks and my order still have not been process yet and you guys can not cancel my order. This is some bull$#*! right here. They quick to take your money but cant refund it back. I do not want your damn gift card. I will never order from fashion nova again. I would not recommend you this site to any one. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Fashion nova has the greatest deals across the internet! Offering sales and discounts in a daily basis is probably a god sent idea! I have saved a lot of allowance by purchasing items on sale just last week and in the past few months. It is really helpful for students like me. I admit that I use this twice a month but nonetheless, its worth!
I never imagined myself doing online shopping but fashion nova awakens the girl inside me. I ordered different combinations of dresses just this month and I was surprised that they all fitted me well. I will definitely order some soon to test more styles. Thanks for this great opportunity.
I actually have a pending shipment right now expected to arrive later but I dont worry about it because knowing them, they might definitely deliver it on time. Either way, items that are displayed on site is presentable and every ladies deserves them! A good thing to do when killing time, thanks for this.
Heck, they are all sexy and I bet each and every one of them will fit me. The size is the very least thing I worry when ordering here in fashion nova because like my last order, last week, the lingerie I ordered came in perfect condition and it fits me well! It also makes my body sexy so those who also wants to have a sexy body should also order some because trust me, its worth it.

They prioritized my order since it received some complications but I trust them very much about my items. It was shipped just yesterday and Im expecting it to arrive tomorrow because of their 2 day shipping. It is a blessing!
They failed to send me my order on time so I didnt have a dress for my Christmas party at work. Then when ages later they finally sent it, they screwed up the order and instead of the desired purchased dress put the wrong one! And then after giving all this pain in the $#*! more ages later they tell me go return the wrong item, well give you a store credit... when I specifically said in my email Im not lifting a finger since its their $#*! up and they must fix it... its a horrible experience and Ill spread a word about this place to everyone I know... businesses like this shoot out fast but fail pretty rapidly as well...
Fashion nova totally removed my needs to go to malls to get branded clothes. Here, I can always shop 24/7 without any limits. I wont also be pressured by salesladies to buy already since I can do the window shopping online! They also ship fairly within a week and the minimum time is 2 days. Better than those who delivers in a month!
I was completely happy with my purchase and it came really fast and unexpected. The dress was good, respectable and has an average length, not too long really the one I have been looking for. It fits me perfectly and I will totally recommend this to anyone.
