I placed an order two weeks ago that I have yet to receive. I sent them an email regarding my order and all I get is a generated message.

I placed an order on 11/23 and only one item from my order was shipped. I ordered 5 items in total. I have emailed Fashion Nova daily asking for the status of my order and all I get is automated emails. As of today 12/19, I still don't have my items nor my money. I recommend to not order from this horrible site.

DO not order from here! They don't give you your money back, there sizes run super small and customer service is horrible. I spent nearly 3 1/2 weeks waiting for my order to arrive, not only that more than half of my items that i ordered did not even arrive and they gave me a in store credit to use towards my next purchase! ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHY would i want to reorder after this horrible experience.
