They took my money and still have no estimated ship date. Their website says delayed processing time of 7 business days. They should say 30 business days or more but they know people will not order with them. I was super reluctant to order from them because I never heard of them. I should have trusted my instincts. So basically Im out of $100!
I would definitely shop again, My experience with them was very pleasant. I received all of my items in great condition and quality, and shipping was pretty fast. I received my items 2 days after i ordered. The site is easy to use and have a lot of lovely things, and cheap too! It is an excellent online store and queries are promptly attended to, will be back to shop again in the near future.

I ordered what was supposed to be my little sisters christmas present from this site, about a week and a half ago, and two days after I get an email saying my order was confirmed they tell me they sent me a refund and it will take up to 5-7 business days for it to go back on my card. Well let me just tell you I have spent my last dime on this gift and now I won't have the money to get her anything before Christmas. I have sent email after email with no response, I have tried calling the customer service number and it's all automated. There is no actual person you can speak to directly. So I finally got my refund and I tried to order again because in the automated email it said the items may be in stock if I try to replace my order. Which I did but they cancelled it again on me and now I won't have my money before Christmas! I understand that it's christmas time but how can you dissatisfy so many customers and then offer 30% off. But that does me no good what so ever when it's not even possible to place an order with this company and have the clothes before Christmas. I just can't believe how poorly they care about their customers. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose a ton of business because of this. I know my friends and family will be aware and never return to Fashion Nova. I won't stop until everyone knows how unfairly I was treated and disregarded here
The 5 star reviews are fake! Do yourself a favour and take your money else where. All my orders from Black Friday have yet to ship or arrive and their team has not been useful at all - i paid for 2-4 day delivery by the way. They send automated messages that aren't useful at all, with offers that I don't need. Was my first time and my last. Have disputed the charge with my bank and reported them to the better business bureau. I have no idea how they can be getting away with this day light robbery. I just want my clothes, failing that I just want my money back.

They are just awful! I placed my order almost 4 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped it out! I wanted all my dresses for Xmas parties coming up and I wont be receiving any of them in time. Their customer service sucks and take so long to answer. Please after making me wait, they email me saying that some of the items I paid for, are not available anymore and they gave me a credit to their $#*!ty store. They didnt even refund me! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered about 5 items for a trip I was taking. I paid for expedited delivery so I could have them before the trip to take with me. I didn't received them until after I left which was about 8 days later. I paid for 2 day shipping and did not receive them. Not only did I not receive my items in a timely manor, when I got back from the trip and got them I clearly didnt need them anymore. (I was going somewhere cold i live somewhere warm) I sent the items back and have never received my refund credit. I have sent tons of emails and all I get back is a generated message. I have also tried to call but once again I get an automated message and it ends up hanging up on me. Absolutely worse customer service EVER! Be prepared to get your money taken.
Trust me, all these 5 star reviews are fake. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered and I haven't received a shipping confirmation. I'm scared I'll never see the items, I'll have to take it up with paypal if the items don't come by the end of January:-/ I wanted to love this site but it seems like it is to good to be true...
I have ordered from them multiple times. The first time it was fine. One time I ordered a dress for my birthday, they waited until the last minute to tell me the dress was sold out AFTER they took my money. More recently, I ordered 4 items total on 12/7 and have yet to receive shipping confirmation. Like everyone else, I tried emailing them constantly and all I get is a generated email. This will definitely be the last time I order from them. VERY DISSATISFIED! Their clothes fit great but that means nothing when it's a hassle to even get the clothes you ordered. The least they could do is communicate. I'll take my money else where.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
