I told her to try fashion nova instead of being jealous of my clothes and she did agreed. Love how these clothes fits perfectly on me, seems like it was made for me especially! Shipping service was also good, never expected or experienced delays and not delivered items. Im very happy with it!

Horrible

I can't even begin to explain all the issues fashion nova is giving me. I am fed up at this point and don't know what to do. I've placed three different orders and have yet to receive any of my items. They insist on not refunding me because they only refund you in a gift card. I have been emailing them for days and haven't received a response. I am honestly so over them and they can get ready to lose a lot of customers due to their crappy customer service. They were quick to take my money but not quick to send me my stuff. They're also very quick to send their clothes to every IG model but not to their regular customers who got them where they are in the first place. They also use automated customer service email responses.

I made 2 separate orders the first on the 16/11/17 and the second one on the 22/11/17 my god the first oder is now 6 WEEKS late and the other one is over 3 weeks late considering i paid over $40 for fkn shipping for these 2 orders im honestly so mad and the customer service? Non existent! Ive sent over 5 emails and only got 1 back and had nothing to do with what i had asked! Dont ever buy from fashion nova unless u want to waste your money! They have mucked me around sm idek if ill ever get my orders! Biggest waste of $200 ive EVER spent!

I ordered from them 6 weeks ago in order to get my package before my vacation on december 20th. I paid for 2 day shipping and I am just receiving an email today saying it has been shipped.
I have been trying to cancel this order but their customer service is non existent. They need real customer service representatives in order to take care of these issues.
I am never ordering from them again and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor customer service

I have been waiting on my items from FN for almost 3 weeks. My email replies are generic automated responses from customer service. No real answer on where my items back. I am very upset and annoyed.

They will be losing a great customer if no one responds to me this week.

I have ALWAYS HAD customer service issues with them. I understand their influx of customers has grown but they should advertise accurate shipping then.

I placed an order on December 5th and its currently the 17th and no items.

I have emailed them several times and I always get that stupid auto email with no specific info that will tell me when my order will ship. Sooo annoying.

Ive ordered from them several times before with no issues, but after this foolishness Im scared to order from them again.

Anyway, if my item doesnt come in 4 more days, Im gonna file a paypal claim and report them.

UPDATE:

I was relieved when my order was shipped a day after I left this review. The company did send me an email with a code for free shipping & 30% off on my next order.

I understand they were swamped with orders for the holiday season, but having their customers wait 2 weeks or more for an order is ridiculous. Hopefully they will hire more staff in preparation for next year.

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I've purchased clothing / shoes online for years now. My first and last Fashion Nova order was by far the worst. FYI folks, ANY company that will not allow you to cancel an order is crap... forget the fact that their return policy is double crap, you can't even cancel an order that hasn't been processed. Their website says: We're Unable to. BULL! You just found a way to keep 100% of the profits from all orders regardless of customer satisfaction. Ordering from Amazon, Venus Swimwear (clothing as well) and other sites are more customer satisfaction friendly and you can cancel, exchange or make an order correction with no issues because they actually want you to remain a customer and post REAL reviews. Not these that clearly you can tell are not real, come on... even the wording sounds suspect. I HATE THAT I EVER tried this crappy $#*! company. I'm going to do what another, real 1-star reviewer suggested and dispute the charge, its worth a shot. I'd much rather spend a few dollars extra and have a chance to completely enjoy what I've spent MY money on

Order placed on 11/25. Items were not shipped so I opened a case with PayPal on 12/11 (how I paid). Once a case was opened, items were shipped on 12/13. Make sure you read their return policy as well. Once they have your money, you will never get it back unless you dispute the charges with your credit card company. I tried to cancel the order but received a canned response that once an order is place, it cannot be changed or cancelled and there are no refunds.

Maybe if fashion nova would stop using old reviews on this site to better their rating and just addressed the customers issues they wouldn't be in such a bad place. It is clear a lot of the 5 star ratings on this site are due to then trying to counter act the bad reviews. I ordered items on Black Friday and didn't receive until this week. One of the items in my order was no longer available and they tried to give me a giftcard for the amount, even though they charged me in November for a product they didn't have. So I'm in the middle of fighting with them to get my money instead of the giftcard because i will never order from them again. I emailed them demanding a refund for items never received and they said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. When I responded after 48 hours that I'm waiting for a response theyctold me they meant 24-48 business hours and they only work 8 hours a day? What? Stop all the lying! This company has zero shame and I hope nobody has to deal with the poor customer service I had to.

Kylie as a model and advertiser of this site is the best thing ever happened! Im a huge fan of her and just seeing her here makes me feel awesome! I bought two ripped jeans from this site last week and FN didnt failed. Although it got delayed for two days which took them 4 days to deliver, I receive an email from the CS confirming and apologizing about it. Really cute!

Worst company ever

I submitted an order on black friday 11/24 and today 3 weeks later 12/15 I still havent received my package or even a shipping tracker email. I have sent them 4 emails and they have generated responses. Im so furious I want my money back, there is no one to talk to, theres no sign of knowing if there even going to send your package. This company is a joke im going to dispute my charges with the bank! Worst company ever, this was my first time shopping with them and it will be my last!
