My item did not look like photo. It was a dress that look more like a rag. Thin, see through, threads coming off. I had to pay $8 to return. Then post office lost my package, so fashion nova refused to give me store credit. I was out $30 for dress plus the $8 for the return label. Customer service is garbage and return policies are poor. Quality of clothes is pretty bad also.
My order was placed May 3rd ontrac says it was delivered at my front door but it is no where to be found. Investigation through ontrac will tack 3 business days, fashionnova will take an additional 10 days to reship my order. My best bet is to work with my bank for a refund as I most likely will never receive anything from them. I had to call to speak to someone although I sent in an email a day before.
I purchased a few pairs of jeans, some heels, along with some other pieces from Fashion Nova, and I had an overall great experience with my shopping trip. Everything that I ordered came in looking like I had expected and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend Fashion Nova for shoes! I only ever buy my heels from there. I also love to buy jeans from there, however the sizing can vary with each style, so I recommend to check measurements before buying.
I've been up and down with fashion nova for years. Like my last relationship. I know they are no good for me but I always come back because those damn jeans get me every time. This time I purchased a lot of bikinis for no reason. One pair of jeans and some basic tops. It came in about a week and a half. Normal fashion nova time for Canada. Despite the updated shipping they did a while back, it is not any faster for canadian consumers. To me thats not a big deal. Dont be fooled by the extra taxes and duties they ask you to pay at check out. THOSE ARE NOT MANDATORY AND YOU MOST LIKELY WONT HAVE TO PAY THAT AT THE DOOR. I HAVE NEVER PAID THEM. Bikinis are super cute and the jeans are cute. The only thing is that the clothes are becoming more and more basic. There are not many staple pieces to make you stand out from the crowd anymore. Im starting to gravitate to boutiques which is a lot more expensive but fashion nova just doesn't seem to cut it for me anymore like it used to. This was a $300 order and the bikini is called "Brighter than you think Bikini Set". Sizing is true to size for the most part. For jeans I got a 3 and tops I have extra small or small. The bikini set I got it in a extra small because I'm apart of the flat chest club but if you Are larger than a b cup I would suggest sizing up in tops that don't cover much up there.
I wrote a review for them before. I loved their clothes and shipping I could deal with which was usually 10 business days. I'm in Canada so that was expected. But this last order was my largest one yet. $600USD I spent on fashion nova and converted to CAD it is about $800. When my clothes arrived I probably ordered 20 items and was missing 8 of those items. I emailed them and no response for 2 weeks. THANK THE LORD i paid with paypal cause I opened a dispute with them saying that I am missing $275USD worth of product. Paypal gave fashion nova another 2 weeks to comment on my claim and they decided to give no response. Paypals response to that was to give me a FULL refund. $600USD back into my account just like that. I am not discouraging you to purchase from fashion nova. I love their clothes and will continue to purchase. I made countless purchases from them in the past with few problems. But set up a paypal account cause when problems arise fashion nova doesnt want to hear it. All my small orders they do well but my larger orders they have a seizure. Not sure why. Their clothes live up to the hype. What I hated was they didnt even acknowledge they werent sending out 8 of my items. No email, no gift card in delivered box, no email, not even a store credit. Nothing. They acted like everything was peachy. Like I said, I will still order because at this point I know I like their clothes and have been ordering for years with hardly any issues. Just order with paypal and you'll be fine.
Yesterday, I was browsing the Fashion Nova website and had many items in my cart. I wanted to see how much my order would cost me with the promo code. Unfortunately for me, their app glitched and all the items in my cart was charged to my credit card immediately and no promotion was even added. For starters, I never even wanted to make this purchase and it was completely accidental due to obvious technical issues. I did not even know the full amount of my order which amounted to a grand total of 420$. I immediately contacted Fashion Nova via email (because there is no customer service number to be found anywhere) and I was given an automated response that there is no cancellation policy. My boyfriend on the other hand, somehow found a number to contact them and spoke to a manager. The manager did absolutely nothing to help. The best they can apparently do is issue me a store credit once I receive my items and return them (the return is at my own cost). At this point, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and I will fight this, even if it means that I will have to seek legal council. Not only is this wrong ethically (was a technical issue, no fault of my own) but it's also a terrible way to conduct business. I know dozens if not hundreds of people who purchase from them and I'm making it my mission to spread the word about the terrible experience I had.
First time I ordered I got lucky second time I ordered I was wating for my order going on 2 weeks finally emailed them with receipts and information of my order there still telling me a transaction didn't come through and I need to contact my bank there not even trying to send my things and I paid for it showing them the receipts they refuse to send me what I paid for
Do not buy from this company. I gave them two chances with my orders. It was honestly two chances too many. The first time it was partly my error I submitted with an typo error on my house number. Upon noticing my confirmation of submission, I immediately emailed the company... The response was that even though they knew is improper there was nothing they could do. It would knowingly be sent to the wrong address. WTF?... Okay my bad right? Well I tried to give them a second chance ( dumbest idea ever) after 100% appropriate information of course they took my money with no problem. But then I never received my package, I was home the day and time they claimed with my windows open and my couch looks right on my front porch. They tried to tell me I was wrong and that it was delivered. Upon the confirmation post they show the package was even delivered to my residence. It was a house down the block! They then responded tell me to go pick up my package from them ( a stranger) of course the home claims they never received anything. After back-and-forth emails they expect me to print out my own form to send in the mail. I told him I did not own a printer and due to the coronavirus there was nothing I could really do... Basically the situation situation is ending in giving me a giant f*** you and saying if I don't do it by a certain day my claim will be no longer valid. Clearly they don't care about the health & safety of their clients or quality of service! Please save your money and go somewhere else!
They sent me the wrong item! A size 3 in jeans. I ordered a LARGE jumpsuit. They have the worst customer service (No live agents, just emails). They never respond to anything. People spend lots of money with this company, they should be ashamed of how they handle disputes. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

I ordered 4 dresses off this site. And only 2 arrived in the post, so I emailed them expressing the situation and how I would like to receive a refund. But they sent me the same email everyday explaining they will give me a gift card! I don't want a gift card I want my money back as it's not a returning item it's simply items I did not receive. And despite what they say no where in there terms says that if they don't receive a item you won't get money back!
I have contacted the bank and paypal. I am also going to reach out to the BBB as I'm so upset and distraught about this situation.
Do NOT buy from them. They would give you store credit when you do a return in addition to you paying for shipping. That does not make any sense
Warning! Do NOT order from them. First, you need to wait two weeks or more to receive your order. The clothes are cheap quality. I was stupid enough to order again from them as they had an 80% sitewide sale. I paid $56 for 3 tops. However, I used Paypal so if anything to refund my money. I realized that after submitting my order that I sent it to my old shop address. The shop has a new owner and a different name. I contacted them after 1 minute of realizing that PayPal still has my old address. Their response, we cannot modify, edit or cancel. They shipped my order to the wrong address. The other thing that got my attention that they are totally unprofessional that they responded to my email asking me to return the item. Well, this is if I ever received the item and if the owner of the shop would even admit that he ever received it. My friend warned me before I make my order and said that they once never refunded her money after she returned an item but I did not listen. I will never shop from this store again. Listen learned! I belive all the good reviews are FAKE!
Buyers beware! Read very carefully the return policy Fashion Nova has in place. This is a money maker for their company. They have figured out a way to keep your money, after you make a return. How do they do it, you ask? Maybe 4 out of 10 consumers will actually make copies of a return receipt. Why would you?
They have you purchase a label from them for $7.99, then tell you they don't keep record of it. How is that, with the type of technology we have today? So, you wait for months, not weeks for them to post your credit. If you don't email (because you can't call them) and stay on top it it, you are now out of the cost you paid for the item, plus an additional $7.99. And, when you do email them, you get these annoying scripted messages and no answers. Imagine losing nearly $200. That is what happened to me!

This time around I ordered a dress for Valentine's that was over 100 bucks. Quality was extremely poor for the price so I didn't wear it. I asked for a refund and they absolutely refused and told me that they only do refunds if it's their fault. As if I chose the material of the dress. Pretty much was my fault bc I purchased it is what was told to me and they charge you for returning it. I will never shop with them again wouldn't recommend anyone to these people with hopes that they go out of business bc of their horrible service, customer relations and quality. Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
