Worst Ever
November 11, 2020

I placed a order Saturday Nov. 7th and they sent email the day of my order that it was delayed. I have not been able to reach a live agent and the chat people keep ending chat. I leave for my trip in two days and i have nothing and down 150.00. Its not much but i want my damn money back and i cant get ahold of no one.

Discount Fraud

They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. This happened to me multiple times. Lame and I will not shop here anymore. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies. There a more plenty of other options on Instagram I can give links if you need.

I placed an order and applied a coupon code for $30 off. The total amount was correct, but when I checked out out via ApplePay I was charged the original amount, plus taxes and shipping. Immediately, I emailed customer service, and the response was to return the item to get a gift card. I only wanted to get refunded for the additional amount they charged. However, I tried to create a label on their website but it said my items were not returnable, even though customer service told me to do it and my original receipt does not state the items are not returnable. I have not opened the package, so the items have been untouched. I was just asking them to solve the issue that I was overcharged. I agreed to pay the total amount shown at checkout, not the amount I was charged after. I contacted them again via chat and they said to ship it back, but that I needed to pay for the shipping. There was no return slip or return email they could send me to assure me that I would get a gift card. Every answer they gave me over the chat or their emails was never coherent. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! I was loyal customer, but my last 2 orders have been terrible! The one before this last one, I selected 2 day shipping to have my items for a party and it came in 9 days. Not 2. If I paid for 2 day shipping, I expect my items in 2 days. This is not even it! So me trying to give them another chance, decided to order again from them because previously before the last time I never had issues with them. So today I received my order and I'm still SMFH! I ordered 21 items and only received 10. TEN! Then I'm trying to submit a dispute it says it needs the packing slip but coincidentally it doesn't even have a packing slip in my bag. Can't even speak to anyone physically because it says the number doesn't work due the holiday. I'm so done with them! I wish I could rate them zero honestly!

Terrible customer service experience! They basically stole my money and said there was nothing they could do about it. My daughter placed a few items in the cart and created an account. I got an email with a special offer for 30% off if I completed the order a couple of days later. I clicked to redeem the offer, added the promo code CART30 then went to checkout with Apple Pay. When I went to look at the order confirmation, no discount to be found anywhere. On top of that, I paid an extra $20 for overnight shipping. Within 2 minutes I began trying to contact the company and it literally took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get in touch with a rep via chat (order placed at 7:41 PM and finally connected with a chat rep who said there's nothing that can be done at 9:24 PM). They offered me free shipping off of my next order but that code expires in 2 days. There's no customer service phone number. I feel duped. I will make sure to go out of my way to NEVER EVER order from them again and make sure that EVERYONE I KNOW never orders from fashionnova.com - SCAM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First off I never even received my package. Secondly it's been two weeks since my first time reaching out to customer service here we are four claims later and still no response. Ive even filed a claim with the Carrier and still no response. I already didn't want to pay for the overpriced item but to not receive it or a response as to why, is so trash. I will never shop with this company!

Dishonest company

Will never shop here again. I returned 5 items and received credit for 1. They don't answer emails and their online chat is a robot that disconnects from you without helping at all. Beware and don't give these scammers your money! I'm sticking to Nordstrom!

I ordered from this company on 14 August 2020 i waited until sept to contact them to know the way about of my item and after thousands of emails the finally answered to tell me the are not responsible for shipping to have patience Until after series of emails from me again someone else answered to tell me the have initiated refund this was on October 20 something but there was no refund yet i was able to get a customer service agent online who told me wait 7-10days for refund and i haven't received any refund until this moment just series of excuses and lies. I will not give up on my money never

My husband always used to buy fashion nova for me and I loved it. Last year before our honeymoon he bought me like 1.5k worth of clothing and i still buy but NOT ANYMORE. I have been a faithful buyer but i am SO DISAPPOINTED. I returned some jeans that they sent me and I got store credit so i buy the jeans in the correct size and they never arrived! I have emailed, dm'd, tried to call. EVERYTHING but all im getting are those stupid automated messages. Its like no one works there and I am appalled at the level of bad customer service that there is. If this isnt fixed, I willl never buy again, call my lawyer, and spent the rest of my life telling everyone how horrible this site is. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. THE CLOTHES ARENT WORTH IT... SHOP AT ZAFUL OR SHEIN.
I NEED SOMEONE TO REPLY ASAP.

Terrible company

This company is so good at promoting themselves that I think they have a hard time keeping up with all of the sales. Their quality of clothes has gotten worse over the years. Most of the clothes now are Wish.com material. Ordered multiple times and things are always damaged or just falling apart or not the right size as I ordered. The customer service is absolutely the worst. Don't expect to hear back from there in weeks or just at all. They'll deny you refunds and say it's been past the return date yet they are the ones who didn't respond when i emailed them the day i received and noticed damaged items. Don't let the celebrities or their instagram feed fool you. One of the worst fast fashion companies out there. You have a better chance in finding quality clothes at a thrift store or by supporting a local business who puts time and effort into sewing and creating their clothes.

Cheap, trashy, THIEVES

Fashion Nova is one of the prime examples of how far American society has fallen. This so called clothing site is mostly geared towards strippers, prostitutes, and women who are only attractive on IG due to filters. The "models" all have surgically altered bodies, faces, and fake lips which is extremely unappealing especially if you're into that modest classy aesthetic. Do NOT shop here if you still enjoy dressing like a woman, most of these outfits are AWFUL and no one that respects themselves would be caught dead wearing this crap. I've only purchased Jeans and other regular clothing (which took forever to find) in the past and they are all of pathetic quality. FN is also full of scammers and thieves, thank god that we still have stores that sell real clothing around. I would rather spend 70 dollars on a blouse that will last me years than 20 on something that I won't even wear twice because it's that cheap. Anyways, watch out for these big ballers lol they steal money and refuse to right their wrongs.

I placed an order a week and a half in advance and fashion nova took 5-7 business day to send this package off. I paid for express shipping and I contacted them letting them know I ordered this package weeks ago and still haven't received it as yet. I told them I was leaving the state and I needed it before that date and that's why I took the time to spend extra money for express shipping. They told me they was look into it. I left the state sept 24th 7:05am to be exact. The plane deported 7:05am and the package was said to be delivered that same day around 10am. When I got back to The states the package wasn't anywhere to be found because they left it on the porch for days. I sent them proof of everything and they stop responding to me. I've been getting automated emails ever since and I was sent a " review your experience " email instead of a respond from someone. DO NOT SHOP FROM FASHION NOVA. This wasn't my first bad experience but this was the last straw.

I was skeptical the first time like I stated but now they are my go to site for anything from basics like tshirts and jeans or an outfit to go out. Now they have a kids line. I can't wait to shop for my daughter. The only time my shipment was delayed was Labor Day weekend because they had a huge sale. But they did communicate with you and let you know. Everything came and fit great! Love their clothes especially for the price because they always have a WORKING discount code. I've never paid for anything full price from FashionNova.

I ordered 3 outfits from Fashion Nova on June 29th 2020. Everything went smooth with the choosing of sizes and the discount. $59 isn't bad for 3 2piece biker short outfits. After I placed my order, I received my confirmation email. On July 1st 2020 I receive another email saying my order has shipped and my delivery date will be July 7th. (Yay). A few days go by and I check my shipping to make sure there is some movement. No movement for 6 days. Only says the label was created. So I call Fashion Nova. Surprisingly I get an answer after about 5 minutes of being on hold. Customer service basically gives me bs and say they are waiting for UPS to pick up the order. They so called didn't pick it up in time. So I asked why would you send me an email saying my order has shipped when its still in your warehouse? Makes no sense. Then he proceeds to tell me that if my order is not delivered by Friday, they will issue a refund? Thats a lie. So the next day on July 8th, after checking my tracking updates all day, there is finally some movement on the shipment. It had finally been picked up and I now have a new delivery date of July 9th. All I can do now is just wait and see if it will be delivered like they said and if all the items are in the shipment. Mind you, this is my first time ordering from Fashion Nova so they might of actually gotten it right. Despite all the bad reviews I still took a chance because the outfits were too cute. I will update the review when and if I receive my shipment.

Update: The shipment came on July 9th as promised! Everything was in the package that I ordered and I absolutely loved everything. One outfit fit a little tight even though I went off the size chart. Other than that, I loved everything and will be taking a chance ordering from them again despite all the bad reviews.

I purchased my order and the order wasn't shipped until 3 days after. My outfit is not going be here in time for my birthday and that was the ENTIRE point of buying it. I see a lot of other fellow customers sharing that many products from their order's were MISSING that they bought and that they have not been able to receive compensation whatsoever which really scares me and I'm going to be honest with you all who are reading this... I believe it. I tried to call the fashion nova number and I was told by a automated machine that it's going to be a 203 minute wait. That's so trash. Dead like 3.5 hours. I reached out with a claim via email 3 DAYS AGO, no answer. I tried to reach out online on the website that they advertise as "live chat" and its just a "Nova Bot" that only has select prompts for you to choose from. I can't stand this sites horrible customer service and shipping and I promise this will be the LAST time I order from Fashion Nova ever again because it truly isn't the company it used to be. Oh and best believe I'll encourage my friends not to either because you got all these celebs still hyping up Fashion Nova like it's still conducting itself like it did when Fashion Nova first came on the scene and that just aint it. Fashion Nova is DOO DOO, GARBAGE, TRASH now.

Missing Multiple Items!

So I ordered 10 items on September 10th didn't get a email until the 17th saying it has shipped finally received my package on the 24th and only 2 out of the 10 was in the package. No invoice! Bag wasn't completely sealed! It's like it was just thrown in the bag. And they don't even have a number to contact them. Sorry excuse for a Company.

Biggest Scam EVERRRR

I recently placed an order on 9/20/20 costing around $175 plus additional money for express shipping. Which claims to take 2-3 days to arrive. I could not wait due to the fact I am moving in 2 days. So I sent them an email to cancel my order. My order as of right now 9/24/2020 3:32pm EST is unfulfilled which means it hasn't left there facilities or been handed off to a carrier. They refusing to give me back my money they do not have a cancellation policy on their website. Just a bunch of scammers! I see why legal action was taken against them for misleading customers.

I want my money back!

So far not good

I placed an order 3 days ago. I've moved since my last order (attempt) so I was intentional to make my shipping/billing address were the same. Also, I paid for 2-3 day shipping which is what made me look and notice the address thing. Not only has it not been shipped, it has not been fulfilled. I've attempted to call twice, I held for i don't know how long before hanging up. I emailed them and was told I could only change the apt number which does NO good. I cannot cancel the order. I've now been on hold for 45 FREAKING mins.
