Fashionnova has a great product at remarkable prices. The quality is excellent, and the service is top-notch. I use them all the time!
I returned an item more than a month ago and fashion Nova have not credited me for it. I reached out to customer service several times and I provided them with the tracking # which says the item was delivered back to them. Customer Service told me they are unable to issue refunds themselves but my request was forwarded over. They also said they don't know how long it will be before I receive a credit. I have been a loyal costumer for over a year and I will not be ordering from them anymore because this is just ridiculous.
Fashion Nova claim my items went out on May 28th. I received an email saying my items will be delivered on June 1st and here it is June 4th and my items are still in transit. I have yet to receive anything. I have contacted Fashion and USPS, no help at all.

Customer service was quick to my needs with a refund in regards to a quality issue. They are fantastic to work with, great deals and remarkable sales events. I would recommend them to everyone looking for custom apparel. Low set up fees and minimums make for a great experience.
I placed an order and forgot to apply a sitewide coupon code at checkout. I immediately emailed customer service to see if theyd still apply it and the response I received was sorry, theres nothing we can do. I work for a major retailor, and our online customer service allows customers to apply coupons after checkout; we just simply reimburse the credit to their account. Their store credit only return policy is also horrible because now I am stuck with the store credit and my lost coupon. I havent even received the items in the mail and I already want to return them.
I received this dress yesterday but unfortunately the strap was broken so I reached out for a return label so can send It back or exchange but im being told by fashion nova to use my own money to return the dress back and they not even said anything about reimbursing. I think this is really bad customer service. How do you let a customer pay for your own negligence. It wasnt my fault the person who packed the dress didnt look at the strap. It seems like fashion nova thinks they already built their customer base so they dont care about good customer service
Granted, they are not the delivery people, but their attitude is absolutely atrocious. Normally a retailer takes the time to handle matters to make things right. FN has taken no steps. I've tried contacting USPS but 90 min wait times to talk to anyone isn't helping. Meh on both.
I really like the decent prices on these items, the shipping is almost always on time, and that there are always sales and coupons available.

I love the fashion and the cute lifestyle things, you can find everything and everything looks better then you have ever seen it before - at least in the pictures -; this is the only thing I have to criticize, some things look cheaper and less well made than in the pictures - but in the end I think it's alright since it IS cheap :) and sometimes you can find really really pretty things for a low price :)
A smashed box inserted in a polyethylene bag. But the goods were in good condition. Now I decided to try buying clothes but feel a bit nervous about sizes and quality of materials and workmanship.
They were good in quality. But processing was too long so I had to remind the customer's service of the time.
