What kind of monkeys do you employ at this joint?

I waited months for my size to become available on a certain style of jeans. Literally... its May, I've waited since January.
I finally order the size.

I notice my package has been sitting in Syd, Australia for a week not moving. I email fashion nova customer service which takes days to respond for them to give me an international tracking # which means nothing and doesn't help, as the item was then switched to a local carrier. I finally received my aus post tracking # only to find out, my address was 'half-$#*!' and missing the important pieces.

I was advised to contact fashion nova who were the only ones that could phone/email the carrier to provide updated details of the CORRECT ADDRESS. No one else can help update the address.

I received a disgusting response of "Hi, we cannot update your address with the carrier, we already gave them the correct one. You'll have to wait for the item to be sent back to us as undelivered and then once we receive it at some point, we'll just credit note you minus the shipping".
Are you actually taking the piss FN? You clearly dont give a f*$% one bit about what just happened.
Fair enough if you said "yes, we'll let it be returned but then try resend"... you didn't even offer that.

Horrible customer service!
I emailed their "customer service" multiple times, it took three days just to get a response, the wrong one at that. I just wanted to know why my gift card was not working. I called the number provided, but its a complete joke, you will not get through to an actual human)

So Customer service finally got back to me with an answer that did even answer my question. In any event, I ended up using my debit card and I specifically made a purchase over $100 so that I could get the two day shipping, as I was leaving for vacation!- I placed this order early on Tuesday a May 1st!

The package should have gotten there no later than Friday May 4. I received confirmation that it would get there on Friday May 4th, so I even took the day off to receive package! It never came and the delivery got changed somehow to Saturday. On Saturday, I waited again the entire day and evening, and again same thing never came! This package was clearly not sent via two day shipping.

-So I had to leave for my trip Saturday night with none of the clothes I ordered! Even worst, it actually didn't even attempt to be delivered until after a whole two extra business days after!

Two day shipping took over 1 week. I never received the package! These are all clearly mistakes on their end so there should be no issue giving me my refund back to my credit card right? WRONG!.

Furthermore I emailed their "customer service" and requested they refunded my original method of payment once the package got sent back to them. They totally ignored my email and issued me a gift card and are now going back and forth with me and standing by their decision to not issue a refund. This is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them again, the horrible customer service you received is not worth saving a few bucks. I had ordered so much from them in the past and I am baffled that they will not issue you a refund even if they have clearly made a mistake!
