I never received my package and their customer service is a piece of rotting garbage. They would not answer my calls and would be very useless via email. In sum, after a few days of attempting to get my order through their useless help... its still not here.

The fact that this site only offers 'store credit' and will not refund your original method of payment is borderline fraudulent. The website claims to have "easy returns", but a $13 return shipping fee for $44 worth of merchandise is ridiculous! I certainly will not be placing any future orders here.

You guys have the worst customer service ever! I've spent over 700$ on fashion nova and I love the clothes but the customer service and lack of correct shipments has finally taken me over the edge. Never again. Too bad because id love to have my man dress in fashion nova men. Fix your system and train your employee's before starting a new line SMH
