Not only did I NEVER receive my order... which was over $400, my order was NEVER refunded! Every time I would call their customer service line, they would hang up on me within 10-20 minutes. They ignored ALL my emails, and would only occasionally reply with automated messages that didn't help. They refused to reply to my DMs or comments on Instagram, and would delete my comments. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. Fashion Nova is a scam, and is not only extremely unorganized, but has terrible customer service.

I sent three items back because they were too big. I live in Canada so I had to pay for a 30$ shipping label.
Once FedEx sent me a proof of delivery, I emailed fashion nova enquiring about my store credit that should be issued to me.

They first claimed I didn't have an account. So I sent them my order #, proof of delivery, tracking # and return shipping label they gave me.
They then apologised and said a store credit would be issued to me in 24-48hrs. I waited five days. Nothing.
So I emailed them again. They asked me to send them all the information I had already sent them again.
So I did, and I got the same generated email saying I have to wait 24-48hrs for a store credit to show up in my email.
So I waited.
Nothing.
Big surprise.
They WANT you to stop pursuing. They want to frusterate you into giving up so they can keep your money.
This is theft, fraud and false advertising.
So the most recent email I got has told me I need to wait ANOTHER 24-48hrs.
I filed a claim with BBB.

If I could give negative stars for this site I would. My friend ordered a bathing suite with 'next day shipping' if you ordered at a specific time. After she didn't receive it the first day she called and was told she didn't order in time, after proving she had ordered in the time specified they backtracked saying she needed to contact FedEx. She waited for a week before calling FedEx who told her it was lost. After contacting Fashinova she was told the package was delivered to her home but when you actually looked up the tracking number you could see it never left the facility. So now its a battle of who lost it, who she needs to file a claim with and who needs to be told what. Keep in mind she never spoke to a person at Fashinova, this was all email with about three different people, none of which actually looked into the matter. Phone calls go on 30 min holds (after googling the number since its not on there website), when you do get a person you get a drone who know's nothing more that whats on there monitor and will talk in circles to avoid giving a straight answer. Fashinova refuses to admit the package is lost, even after FedEx filed a lost item claim to them over the phone and email. At the end of it my friend just wants her money back, but no one wants to take the blame and pay. Up to a 30 days process to get the money back. Garbage website, obviously Photoshoped/collegian pumped models, next day shipping is a trap, customer service is nonexistent. -10 Stars.
