I have not yet had to seek recourse over damaged merchandise or something I didn't like, so I can't attest to the quality of customer service or ease of return though honestly it would take a truly horrible experience to sour my love for fashionnova.

I just placed an order in fashionnova and it has a wide range of items. It has amazing shipping options and offers discounts for multiple products. All the reviews that I read were amazing.

Would shop here again, however the shipping rates for orders under 45$ for Canada isn't too convenient, as I would have to wait to buy a haul every time I shop here.
