I ordered two piece tropical set from Fashionnova, I didn't expect to get such a poor quality set.
1)First of all quality is really bad.
2) I ordered Small size, and it was small, but it was huge, especially top
3) they don't return money, they give you store credit.
4) I was trying to leave a bad review on their website, but they never posted it.
So don't be surprise with all these 4 and 5 stars review on their website, it's all fake.

I ordered from Fashion Nova about a month ago got an order that I thought was mine when I opened up the order to look to see what my items were was not anything that I ordered the packing slip actually had somebody else's name on it when I went about looking to contact fashion Nova the only way to actually contact them is through email no number can't to speak to anybody on the phone so emails have been going back and forth and nothing has been resolved still haven't got any of my order got a slip at my door today to go pick up a parcel at Shoppers Drug Mart so I went I had to pay $42 in Duty fees to open up this parcel and to my surprise once again they sent me somebody else's order packing slip had somebody else's name on it it's been a month and I still have not received my refund or my order now I am out $240 plus $42 that I know how to pay for somebody else's Duty fashion Nova has been the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping I gave them on one star but really I shouldn't even give them stars because that's how horrible
Today is June 15,2018, I placed my order from fashion nova and was emailed I was qualified for 40-80% off using a promo code, I used the promo code and was still not granted the discount, this is the second time this has happened, the first time it happened I called customer service and was also unsatisfied with the poor service. Fashion Nova clothes are great Ive been shopping here for years but to my understanding Im very disappointed in the lies fashion nova is telling, be careful thinking you have a discount when you really dont
I just oreder two pieces of clothing from them and I realised that I need one of them in a bigger size. I sent an e-mail right away, the order wasnt even shipped but they said that they are not able to do anything about it. I am very mad because it was not that cheap at all, I know it is my fault but I assumed they would help me out. But no, they literally said no. My friend had the same situation with Asos and they solved it in 30 minutes. I am really disappointed.
I love Fashionnova, they have a super fast service, I love the way they package all the products and the prices are always so good, sometimes, even cheaper than the brand store. The clothes are the best quality, and the prices are the best.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
