The main reason I come to shop on this site, it because they offer many different styles that I wouldn't normally find at my local department store.
I ordered a cute blouse, the item was well packaged when it came, and the blouse was exactly the one I saw on the site.
I placed an order over $200 dollars with about 10 items. I received the order almost 3 weeks later with only 3 items. The packaging said sorry your package may be damaged I contacted fashion nova being a regular client for a refund and they told me thats id receive it in 7-10 business days. After sending pictures of the damaged packaging I got rid of the packaging since I was told i would receive a refund. Two weeks pass and I havent received anything so I followed up. Then they told me that Id have to file a claim through USPS which then I did and I was told my claim would be denied because I dont have the original packaging only pictures and fashion nova does not want to help at all. So I paid for 8 items that I never received and I have pictures proving it. It is sad that I lost almost 200 dollars and it is sad that as a frequent customer this company doesnt cater for its customers and then you call the customer service line and no one ever picks up.
The customer representative was nice enough to answer my questions. I would recommend fashionnova to anyone!
Less one star due to some misleading product descriptions. But otherwise offers some good deals and customer incentives. Such good marketing and web content, too addicting to stop coming back for more.
Great items for great price, however you need to check up on the sizes before you buy them. It helps a lot when you know your measurements, especially your chest and the shoulder.
Most of the clothes I saw had many pictures up close with detailed description of the fabric. I can't wait to get my clothes and see what they would look like in person.
