They did not mention this on their website at all and for the lengthly amount of time they took to ship my order of one dresss did not make up for their excessive shipping rates

Ordered from here, but package didn't arrive. They kept trying to tell me to wait when tracking had not changed. Wouldn't resend or refund order after many times of contacting them. Finally put a dispute with PayPal after 3 months of waiting for the to resolve ptovlem. Then they give me a credit note and a code for free shipping and discount. When I tried to use the code there was no free shipping and told me it was a one time code, even though I did not use it. Terrible customer service and inadequate resolutions to their company proceedures
