I have purchased jeans from here before and loved them but my latest purchase of the canopy jeans I was very dissapointed. 2 weeks after receiving them I had holes in both back pockets and now the crotch and inner thigh. When I asked for a credit to buy a new pair I was told the jeans have to be reported as damaged within 2 days. I would have thought since they're so confident in their product quality they would have shown a little better customer service with proving the quality of the pants. I'm unable to wear the jeans and can't believe I paid $40 for horrible quality pants I can't wear.

I ordered ONE item that is still in stock to this day a week ago today and it literally just shipped out. It will take almost 2 weeks for me to receive the one item that I ordered, that said was 2 day shipping and I have reached out to customer service and I dont even think a real person even got back to me they were all automated responses. Do not think that because celebrities wear this crap they actually like this company, because they do not pay a dime for the stuff they wear and on top of that they are PAYED to wear it.
I order from Fashion Nova quite often, I love it the clothes are cute and I can always trust Im getting what Im paying for. Until recently when I mistakenly put a previous address of mine on a couple orders, I reached out to ask if they could change the address. They told me they were not able to change anything until the parcel was out for shipment. I agreed to this, so when I was notified the parcel had been shipped, they told me once more they could not change the address. I asked for a credit to my account for the missing items they could not accommodate. They only credited me one item back saying that because my order was not over $75, they could not credit my shipping, which made absolutely no sense. Im very upset and I hope you all should be very careful about your shipping details!

My goods arrived faulty so I had to send them back which from the UK cost me around £8.50, they put my money on a gift card which i rejected because their stuff was poor in quality anyway. They still wouldn't refund my money saying I should have reported faulty item within 2 days! How unreasonable is this? Any decent company will just accept the goods back and refund. Money grabbers and poor quality stock! Stay away. For better UK based bargains I would recommend Bohoo... I would say stay away.
