Everyone has been raving about FashionNova, commercials everywhere on Instagram, so I decided to try it. First purchase was just dresses and pants, when they arrived, I was beyond shocked! Quality was poor, material too thin, irregular stitchings, no sizing on the tag just like an ebay dress from China, the medium dress looking like XXS.
I realized I can't get my money back, I just threw away money for something I could never wear. They kept bombarding my email with deals, I decided to try their accessories since I've made up my mind to never shop their clothings. The earrings and crossbag arrived and looked nothing like the pictures which in retrospect were excessively photoshopped. The earrings looked washed and used, the crossbag looks smaller than pictured, more like a toddler's purse.
I live in DC and will be reporting this company to Customers' Rights, this is broad-day theft, over-photoshopped photos of products that lure customers to pay for products that are nothing like advertised and your money is never refunded.

They never ship your stuff in a timely manner if u order on Wednesday don't expect your stuff for another 3 Wednesdays and dont even think about returning anything because you have to pay and they might not even give you your money back or send you another item. Untrustworthy!
So apparently they dont process orders on weekends that was strike one. I need my order by wednesday and my order hasnt processed. Im going to be forced to file a claim agaisnt them because I need my money back. The customer service is trash and the phone number BULL$#*! doesnt work. I support stores that are able to help their customers. For that I wouldve ordered from ASOS or MISSGUIDED which are England based stores and process on weekends
