Overall shipping is quite fast and items comes well packed, I've purchased shoes and stuff and up to now I didn't get anything that was damaged.
They have a wide range of items from clothes, The quality of some items is great while others are average, you get what you pay for.
I order from them at least once a month since they have frequent sales and becoming a member gives great discount and coupons.
Only thing I dislike about the site is the loading of merchandise. Once I click on an item to view and go back to an overview of multiple items, it never reloads to the area of the merchandise I was on

So upset im on the verge of tears. Bought an order for $1547 and selected the 2 day shipping bc i live in ohio and was going on vacation in New Orleans and wanted so new clothes for the vacation. By the time it hit day 4 and the package wasnt shipped i became worried and was assured it would be there before my trip which was 11 days after i purchased my order with 2 day shipping. I was then told that the package was lost between them and the post office. I called and emailed multiple times to see what I could do which was unfortunately nothing. As luck would have it the order was delivered the day after i left for my trip, my father put the package in my house. Once i got home i was just relieved to finally get my clothes but upon opening it i saw that over half my items were missng, about $90 worth of clothing. I was very frustrates nad reached out adn was told they would issue me a store credit which i never got. When i reached out to see why i was told that becuase i didnt report within 2 days of the delivery they couldnt, refund me, replace my items, or issue me store credit. I keep reaching out explaining that they in fact knew i didnt get the package until days later because i had so many emails with them saying how their package was literally 9 days late. They will now only respond to me with the same exact email over and over and i have been hung up on twice. I swear im not freaking out i am calm but so sad to be treated like this.
WARNING! I ordered four items from fashion nova and received two, NO PACKING SLIP WITH SHIPMENT! When I called customer service, I was informed to send a pic of the packaging via the email that would be sent to me since I did not receive a packing slip. I never received an email, therefore, I called back and to my surprise, a mysterious disconnect while the issue was being researched. Needless to say, I don't have all of my items and lost my money as well. Clearly, some things have changed since their business has grown. IF YOU ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA, MAKE THE PACKING SLIP THE FIRST THING YOU LOOK FOR WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I like Fashion Nova for small things (shoes, cardigans etc) but I always have an issue getting my stuff. Theres delays or they email you after the fact to say things are out of stock. The kicker is they offer you a gift card to keep you in the Fashion Nova loop. I ordered something a few days ago and I just received an email saying my stuff is delayed. I just cant with them. Forget a gift card I need my money!
Products I have received from fashionnova were all of excellent quality (of course after thoroughly reading reviews)! The items are also generally cheaper compared to other online shopping websites/stores.
I love the prices and the products. Excellent way to find things to review for my youtube channel. Only wish shipping was faster.
