This is such a good website and has a lot of things for low prices. I have also ordered new clothing and products from fashionnova and currently is on the way I cant wait for them to arrive!
Great website however there not all clothing have the same material as shown on the images. So far i have ordered a few things and i love the quality and the shipping has been pretty good however i have noticed that some of the clothing i have purchased has different material than the one that is show on the picture however it doesn't concern me that much because it still great on me.

I had splendid experience buying from Fashionnova, so this is my third time buying online from them. Packages arrived little over a week which is not too bad, received products were what they were shown and described, quality was good too. Beauty products were genuine too, love it.

I placed my order after I received my discount code and I was still charged the full amount. I spoke to customer service and they offered another discount code what are my chances of this happening again after the first order not sure I want to take a chance to find out. Just a heads up to all 1st time shoppers like myself. No refund was offered and to top that off I was informed I could not cancel my order.
I made an order from them which was 3 items for $59 including $10 shipping for international (Australia). They had refunded me $41 which was for two items supposedly and I was still waiting for an item to be posted. Also the items I had ordered supposedly had no stock of the next day I ordered it and it was fine?
Then the order got lost in the mail! So i tried to get the rest of my refund which would be $8, I didnt even try to get a refund for the international shipping because I was trying to be nice (even tho I end up paying $10 to receive nothing!), I had emailed them to get the store credit for the items that was lost ($8) and I had to email them continuously for a week and I still havent received a refund.
I had checked my break down which didnt make sense at all with the store credit they had given me initially, Someone in their company had made a mistake because the $8 did not match any items I bought and the $41 that was issued didnt up to the different combinations of 2 items.
So overall I paid $59 to receive $41 store credit, got no product, paid shipping for no reason and missing $8 that is mine!
$8 may semi little but fashion is a big company who is making profit already!
DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, IF YOU'RE NOT FROM THE US!
It has been over a month and a half and still - nothing. I have not received any clothes or any store credit of any kind. I have written to them multiple times and they have been of no use. My package has somehow been send back to them, without me ever receiving notice that is was here in the first place. They're saying something about insufficient adresse information? Which makes zero sense, because I wrote every single thing necessary to find my adresse.
They dont return people's money, so I'm forced to wait for what seems like an eternity, to receive my store credit to repurchase the clothes I bought in the first place! (cause they're idiots who can't seem to just send my clothes back to me). Even though I can see on the tracker, that my package has already been delivered back to them ages ago!
WHERE IS MY CLOTHES OR MY MONEY OR SOMETHING GODDAMNIT?!
Now my next order won't get here in time to wear for the summer, which was the purpose of me even buying the stupid clothes in the first place! I'm furious and dissatisfied to the fullest.
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME THIS IS THE WORST
I haven't had any problems with fashionnova in terms of bad quality clothing or any bad reviews I have read about fashionnova.
