I've ordered twice from them but will no longer be ordering from there. First experience went well. My dress did take a while to arrive. The material was of good quality so I made a bigger purchase. Well it didn't so so well on second order. I ordered two more dress. The material was of very low quality, sequence was falling off and dress was torn on the straps. Second dress was alo of poor quality material and very sheer. Tried to contact customer service but no one ever answers I even sent an email and no answer yet. My purchase was only $55 but thats $55 I worked for.

I ordered for $150 on fashionnova but my order never came although the tracking said it was delivered. I contacted fashionnova about it and they told me that my adress was incomplet so the package was send back to fashionnova. I would receive credit so i could order again. A week later i contacted them again with the question how long it was going to take. They told me that my package was lost and i should fill in a form within 5 business days to get my money back. When i fill in the form it could take up to 30 days for them to investigate. I was pretty angry and send a angry e-mail back that this wasn't the case because they claimed something else first and that they can't put their mistakes on me. Once again they said i needed to fill in the form to get helped. I send them proof of the first mail they send me and that i can't fill in the form correctly because i know for a fact that the package was send back to them. Now they don't communicate anymore and just ignore me. I feel like they will do everything to not have to give money back if something goes wrong and this is not right!

I ordered two different orders from fashion Nevada in the month of July the week of July 4th I received one order but never received the larger package and fashion Nova would not deal with the situation left it up to the US Post Office and me the customer to resolve my issue with the post office my bank and the Badness Business Bureau who I've had to make a complaint with I have been shopping with them for several months with no problem until that month and when telling my sister she said she had the same issue and come to turn out they did not have the items in stock for her and waited over 2 weeks to return her money but did not happen with me never received my money back from Fashion Nova and have to make a dispute with my bank and the post office to get my money back believable. And I have the emails and my bank statement to prove it.

How can a company be so unreliable...
I made an order on 7/6 and they adviced me i would receive it by 7/9. It is now 7/17 and my package is no where to be found.
I have emailed Fashion Nova countless times and i received no response.
I call their customer service number which is completely pointless because no one ever picks up the phone. I will be leaving the country in a week and i was counting on these items.
They are extremely unprofessional never again ordering from them.
