I placed an order on Thursday evening, so I figured it would be shipping out the following day. NOPE... I checked the status on their site and it still says "unfulfilled." So they will give you "free 2 day shipping" however, you'll never get your clothes in 2 days. I guess this is no big deal for some people but others that have events to go to... TIME MATTERS. I tried to email them to see if they could change the address it was going to and the woman "Deja" responded, "Unfortunately, even if your order is still processing and not yet shipped out, we have nothing in our system that grants us the ability to cancel orders, change items, sizes, quantities, shipping method, payment methods, discount codes, names or addresses on an order once it's placed." LOL That's hilarious, sounds like there is one person running the company and their software doesn't allow them to do much of anything. I'll never order from them again as their return policy is even garbage, no money back, just store credit. The reviews on this site that have people praising them look completely made up. I'm writing this review on every website I can find to warn people.
I ordered 11 items from this company. They tried to ship it to me but forgot to put the address so it went all the way back to the sender. After 20 emails I finally got a response from somebody that they were overnighting it to me. Again that address was wrong and it was sent to my FedEx facility where I had to go pick it up myself. After many days of trying to get in touch with somebody I finally got my package. Two of the items I ordered were missing. Not only were they missing, but I guess to make up for it, they just decided to just ship me two of the same item and not only once but twice. Ive had such a disappointing experience with this company and wouldnt recommend ordering from here. By the time I got my items I was so upset about the whole situation that I cant even enjoy what I did get from them.
Ordered $72 worth of clothing and they said I didn't include my apartment number on the order. I sent them the screenshot of my apartment number listed on the order. They said they do not take responsibility for incomplete addresses. I still have not received a refund nor my package. I hate fashionnova. NEVER AGAIN. 0/10 Recommendation.
I'm writing this so people stay away... do not order from this company! I ordered one item for $50... I noticed that I accidentally gave them the wrong address so I emailed the company to let them know that instead of changing the address I would just like a refund since I changed my mind. Karla Rosales from their support team answered giving me a tracking number for my item which is not what I asked for. I already knew where my item was, I just wanted to talk to someone about getting a refund. Then I emailed again explaining that all I requested for was a refund. Not a tracking number. Then Sergio Rivera from their support team explained to me that if I can contact USPS to re-route the package to the correct address or arrange a pickup and if the package is returned as non-deliverable; they will issue a store credit for the net price of your item. This time I went on the USPS website and put in the tracking number which came up to an invalid number, which is interesting because it was a totally different tracking number than the one I received before. How can a tracking number be different? Sounded like a bunch of bologna to me. I emailed again and again with this time no response. At that point, I started calling the companies number multiple times either getting voicemail instantly or just being on hold for hours on end. Now I am left with being ignored and $50 short with no item. PLEASE don't order from this company, I was very sad and disappointed as I followed their Instagram account and was more than excited to order from them. Total B. S.
This company offer many campaign sales, for example flash sales and not only that, you can buy a lot for cheap prices with a relativly good supply range. Definitely 5 stars for me!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
