I spent $281 on may 30 and never recieved the package. Then finally after numerous attempts at emails i canceled via my bank. It was stated to me that i would recieve a gift card but was never issued it. On june 16 i filed a claim with bank and thought everything was great because money was back in my account so i placed another order on june 19th. Why was i so stupid after a few weeks only 4 items showed up out of 16. I emailed them and it was said that i would get the remainder items shortly. Ps there was no inventory list in the package... ODD! Then the day before i leave for my vacation which was july 3rd i get a package. Small package for 12 items and shoes included but im hopeful. Open it up and its the same 4 items so i am furious now and im going on vacation the very next day. So i send a email and they are saying now that they will give me 8 items because i have 8 now. THEY ARE DOUBLES OF THE SAME ITEMS! I have been dealing with this and the may issue which was denied for some odd reason and the people are definitely stating that there was a screw up in the emails which nobody reads when responding. Now i am out more then $500 and fashionnova is not responding to my emails or gave me a gift card which says that they would vouch. Dont waste your money horrible customer service and i feel as if they think im scamming when they have my money for both orders and i have duplicate packages that havent been opened yet and i want out of my apartment now. I just want this over and dont understand this

So I tried this site out because my co worker gave them a great review. I made my purchase online for a pair of Jean's and a Romper. The shipping was absolutely free and I received the package within 2 days as guaranteed. I love how the Jean's fit I still haven't worn them. The Romper fit great as well except that my butt was hanging out the bottom when I bent over. Today was the first day I've worn the Romper and the cleavage section was hanging on by a threat to begin with so halfway through the day it broke on me. There's no reason why this should've broke apart. You can tell by touching the material that it was just a simple and cheap thin material. Now I am stuck with it. I will continue to buy Jean's from their website but nothing else because you can tell how thin and cheap they are made!

First off, the shipping is ridiculous as all have said. I guess you'll get the products after 3 - 4 weeks. They have a ton of products, so if your a picky person and don't pick something popular, chances are they don't have it in-stock and you may wait over a month to get it.

But more so the customer service is horrible, it's such automated responses. This is like dollarama level (cause it's so cheap).
Also you always get 30% off and free shipping, so don't buy into the bull$#*! promos.
