It was my first time shopping with Fashion Nova, and I bought over $400 worth of clothes from them. Four things (about $100 worth) were missing from my package today, and after a good three weeks of waiting, too. (I live in Canada, north of California mind you, so it shouldn't have taken that long. I've ordered things from South Korea that have reached me in 5 days.) Needless to say, I'm livid - they had been having warehouse delays and had an extra few days to get it right. It was honestly horrible; I'm leaving for vacation in five days and was excited to receive my clothes. I'm waiting for customer service to correct this, somehow. Mind you, you better message them the MOMENT you receive your package, because you only have a two day window to contact them. Also, they do not issue full refunds, only in-store credit. So, if you do have missing items, don't expect to get your money back.
Ive ordered from them or to be precise I tried ordering from them 6 times and only one of the orders arrived, all the other orders were returned for some reason, not by me and they wont refund even though its not my fault, worst company ever so unprofessional
