Beware the reviews with Multiple stars are probably the companys customer service employees reviewing their own product. First purchase from this website and Will most definitely be my LAST. I bought a dress and a skirt both 30+ dollars when they arrived it was the cheapest material I've ever seen/touched. I have rags I clean my house with made of better material. But it doesn't stop there pay close attention to the ridiculous return policy because there isn't one you will get No refunds and No customer service... stay clear of fashion nova it isn't what it appears to be!
If I could give them to zero stars I would, which is sad because their clothes are somewhat decent. Along with all the other reviews, their customer service is absolutely horrible. Like other customers, I received a clothing item and sent it back accordingly, followed their return procedures, and even emailed three times to customer service regarding my return. However, each time I got an automatic response saying that the customer care team does not deal with returns and no one ever reached out to me about the store credit or confirmation of return.
Also, I tried calling their customer service number but again it was more of a robot giving automatic responses and was never able to talk to an actual person.
I have a tracking number to prove that it was delivered to their company, but, they seem to "not have found it in their database". I have filed a dispute with my bank and hopefully I get the credit back since they did not follow their return policy and the fact that I have proof of return. Will never buy from them again!

It is super easy to find what you want and the sales are unbelievable. You can find what you're looking for, for so much less than other sources.
I haven't bought many clothes on fashionnova but I know you have to choose with caution. The only thing that puts this review down to 4 stars is that the delivery estimate usually says 7-14 days but it usually takes way longer than that, so you must be patient.
Buyer beware FashionNova has horrible customer service, and their clothes are cheap. Sent a return back and got blamed for it getting lost in the mail. Wasn't refunded my money or given a e-gift card. Horrible company will never buy from them again.
I love buying accessories on fashionnova, everything I have bought has been super cute and of good quality based on the price of certain things like shoes and earrings.
It's up to the customer to buy items but you should look at the number or reviews rather than how many stars. Fashionnova has an incredibly large variety in products which is why I prefer to shop here than other sites since I can get all of my shopping done at once!

Fashion Nova has the worst service I've ever had to deal with in my life. I recently purchased an item, and paid $15 for 1 day shipping. 2 days had passed, yet my item was not out in transit. I, then get an email from Fashion Nova regarding my item saying that it is being delayed and that if I would like to cancel the item I could. That's exactly what I did. 1 day later, I get an email saying that my item shipped. Confused, I contacted Fashion Nova regarding this situation, and they informed me that they sent the item out by mistake and if I wanted a full refund to go ahead and ship the item back. I never got a full refund, I got a gift card issued for $16 when I purchased the item + shipping for $31.08. I, contacted Fashion Nova AGAIN asking about this, and someone by the name of Ana replies to me and tells me that they can't issue me a full refund, because I didn't deny the item in transit! What?! Why would I have to deny the item when THEY'RE the ones who sent out a canceled item? Now, I have to go out of my way to contact BBB, and my bank regarding this issue. I will not be shopping here ever again.
Oh, and btw when I first contacted them about this situation I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. Whomever I spoke to said that there was none on duty and that I would get a call back in 24-48 hours. Clearly they didn't want to deal with this situation, because I never ever got a call back.
This store is exactly my heaven. It has all my favorite fashion styles and accessories that i am looking for. I love this store!
There's so many selections and the clothes were made by name brand companys so you know it's durable. Basically, if you want a new style then go to this website.
Im glad there's a legit website that provides a whole knew style for people who don't feel the trend of their location. The best thing about fashionnova is just the quantity and quality of the clothing.
I never had a problem with Fashion Nova until recently. I returned items to them on many occasions and just recently I sent items back and only received credit for some items NOT all. When I emailed them about it they told me they didn't have it even though I got confirmation from my carrier. My advice unless you live in California do not return $#*! because you wont get your credit back. Fraud company!
Horrible customer service and they send out DAMAGED, unusable merchandise.
My order was delivered with pants that have a faulty zipper ( missing one of the teeth in the middle of the metal zipper) and they not only expected the customers to pay for the return shipping, but they refused to take back or even exchange the faulty item for a wearable pair of jeans.
Don't waste your time or money shopping here.
