Shopped online and spent about $80 in clothes plus shipping&handling. Never received items and after much back and forth pretty much just decided to take the hit and never bother with this company ever again.

They are always offering discounts and incentives to shop with them. Although I can not order each day I wait and gather everything into one large order.

I then messaged them and they informed me they couldn't help me get in touch with courier and refuse to refund me and now they aren't even responding to my emails. So no items received and no refund received, they took my money and never delivered the items! FASHION NOVA IS A SCAM!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants and a pair of sandals eight weeks ago. I received my package three days late (their two day shipping is a joke) without the pair of sandals. I have sent over ten emails trying to get my $15 in store credit (no refunds) to no avail. I wish I could give Fashion Nova zero stars.

I ordered a dress for my upcoming trip to vegas, the quality is horrible. T liner is sewn in crooked. The whole dress is sideways. The return process says to mail to some unknown address and include the paperwork in the original package. THERE IS NO PAPERWORK they say you get store credit but since I am having password issues and they have no support I will not be able to access the credit. If I could give no stars I would.

I returned 123.17 worth of clothes and even though it was received by the company, I still have not gotten my store credit. Each time I email them I keep getting a generic response. I want my money! This is the first time I am having this problem with them. This is so frustrating.

I paid for the 2-days shipping and my items came 5days later. That already threw me off, but also, when the items got here, one of them wasn't even a Fashion Nova product and looked like it has been worn before. And my package didnt even come with a return paper. So there's no way to return it. Pretty disappointed. Probably last time shopping with Fashion Nova
