I purchased a top, dress and a skirt from FN, but when I received the skirt it was too small for my shape. I let FN know that I would like to return it they told me to keep it and they would give me a credit for another item.

I purchased a dress for my sisters wedding. Even though I ended up buying a dress that fit a little too small, the product was overall very beautiful. Instead of a medium, I realized that the dress size fit too small so I just needed to exchange for a Large. This was suggested in the ratings any how.

I had trouble with fitting as the size wasn't exactly what I was use to however the customer service was great, timely response and resolve my problems right away.

I wish I was here to write a review about my purchases but I never received them. I have opened an "investigation" but have not heard anything back from customer service after many emails. Tried calling and after 20 plus minutes on hold I was hung up on. This has been ongoing for a month. So far I'm out $90 CDN and nothing to show for it!

This is my first order from Fashion Nova. I ordered a Jean dress. It is beautiful but the sizing wasn't suitable. When Fashion Nova contacted me to see if I had received my order and i told them it was the wrong size they addressed the problem and are sending me a new size. I will order again.

Honestly love this website for the range of products it offers since I can't find them in UK stores! However some of the prices are way too high for the quality and returning items can be a bit of a hassle.
