Wow, just wow very disappointed in Fashion Nova's quality, it was first time buying and will be my LAST! I bought to two dresses and both of were terrible when I tried them on, I had a lot of confidence in Fashion Nova since most of their models are curvy, I am 5'3 128 pounds I am smaller from the waist up and bigger from my waist down. Well I was really excited when I received my package but when I tried it on the material wasn't stretchy not one bit it and made my butt look flatter than pancake that goes for both dresses. The material of the dresses are itchy and feel really cheap, you might as well go to Ross, Marshall or DD's Discount they have way better quality and are cheaper. The dresses are meant for a really thin body frames and not so much curvy. Please take caution when purchasing from Fashion Nova, OH and the best part is you have to pay to ship it back to them!
Honestly they have a phone number for support for No reason because support is never available. It's impossible to contact them over the phone and when u send an email they don't answer immediately. They don't cancel orders, like What store does not cancel orders? The only thing you can do is ship the items back to them and they don't even pay for shipping or refund you the full amount you paid, because they don't refund you the shipping cost. I'm trying to cancel my order right after I placed it but they will still ship it and charge me for it. I don't want nothing to do with this store anymore.
