My first and last experience buying from Fashion Nova. I bought an item 2 weeks before I wanted it with 2 day shipping. When the item didn't arrive in time, I wasn't too upset, but a month later I was frustrated to see no change in shipping status. I reached out to customer service to get a refund, which they informed me of their E-gift card refund policy (my own fault for not reading more closely). I told them I would appreciate if they would just re-order my original item then because I did not want to order anything else, and I basically feel as though an E-gift card for the same price as my item (not including my shipping and taxes) was kind've an insult. They said they would connect me to the right department to do that and it would take 5-7 days. It is now day number 9 and I have not heard a thing. Original item ordered July 15th. It is now a month and a half later and I have no item, no refund, no E-gift card receipt, and no communication if they'll just reorder my item. Worst customer service
It looks really appealing, especially with their style of clothing, which cannot be found elsewhere online, at least not for such great prices and worldwide shipping.

I purchased and outfit for myself and husband for my birthday dinner. I ordered them Sunday aug 19th and needed them by that Saturday evening. I waited the 2 days they advertise and contacted them on the third day because my order status was still showing unfulfilled. As of now we have not received our order and you cannot speak with anyone over the phone. I emailed them and only get their general copy paste response. Now I have 1 day to find something for us to wear which is going to suck because I still have a whole job to go to and it's to late to try and order anything online from someone else. In conclusion don't order from these people. Save yourself the frustration.
