I ordered 3 items. They arrived and none of them were suitable so I refunded them. It's already one month and I email them 5 times regarding my refund still no proper response. Each time they saying we can not find you in the return system. How would it be possible when you provide them the proof of post office receipt. This is stealing money. I'm so disappointed as I spend 51 pound and after one month not getting any refund. They customer service it's terrible
This was the first time placing a order and the last time. They sent the items I order for my son and a pair of jeans was missing. So I took a picture of everything plus the packing slip the day it came and email them because you can't call them. You'll listen to music for 20 minutes or more. Emailing back and forth with them. The first person said the jeans will be sent and I'll receive and e-gift card. I let 6 days go by because I haven't heard anything and I send another email to find out what's going on. This representative ignored the question about the jeans that were suppose to be coming and start talking about e-gift card. I just want the jeans I paid for, so no answer from her. I told them I don't want there gift card I want my refund keep your gift card and jeans. I was told they don't refund money for missing items. But your company never sent it, so you think you can keep my money! Never again I will make sue nobody I know order from this company. Also I was played with the shipping it wasn't 2 days like it said it would be more like a week.
I made an order of $300 for an upcoming trip. I received an email saying there was a delay and was given the option to get a refund. I chose to refund the order since it wouldn't get here in time and made the same order again to the US border which is only an hour away and would get there sooner, as it's domestic instead of international. 3 days later they SHIPPED MY FIRST ORDER! So now I'm out $600. Plus even when the clothes arrive, I can't simply return them as they do not do refunds! Just a gift card. None of these clothes will arrive in time for my trip and I can't even afford to go buy new ones. I've opened a dispute with my credit card company as the first order was supposed to be refunded. There's no way to speak with anyone at Fashionnova, you only get an automated response from them and don't even bother with the phone number. I'm so upset that I ordered with them.

The package shipped the next day and I received consistent tracking updates via email. The package states it was delivered, however I never received it. I waited 24 hours, as I know that USPS is not very reliable, but alas, no package still. I contacted their customer service to see what my options in terms of a refund or replacement order, but only received their canned response when a lost package is reported. I was told that I need to do all the legwork to contact USPS and that I should follow up with them once that's done. I reluctantly did that, and followed up with them to provide the claim information. Again, I asked what my options in terms of refund or replacement were (as most companies, including the one I work for, will offer some type of resolution for their customers), but was met with a second canned response. This time, I was told that "If it states delivered, Fashion Nova can no longer accept responsibility for the package."
I was never asked about or informed about any type of shipping insurance, so I'm not hopeful that my money or my order will be recovered.
I'm truly disappointed in my experience. You'd think a company that spends so much money on their advertising, especially on social media, would care about their customer experience but it's clear that they don't. I will be filing complaints and claims as high as I can go regarding this issue until a resolution has been reached.
FashionNova stole my money and I intend to make this situation right.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
