I placed an order Sunday night and received an email that it was processing. Five days later, all I have gotten are copy and paste emails of "orders take 24-48 hours and sundays aren't workdays" from two different people. All I want is a straight answer.
I called their customer care number during their work hours and was on hold for 20 minutes before they sent me to voicemail.
I trusted them when they said it would take some time but it has been 5 days and I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and would have planned otherwise if I had known the order would not arrive in time, so now I have to scramble around my schedule to go somewhere.
I work in retail/customer service and I would never treat a customer like this.
