I had the worst experience on my first fashion nova purchase. The delivery process is HORRIBLE. I never received my purchase even though it said it was delivered. According to the email it was delivered at my front door, which it wasn't! I had to re-purchase my order & have not received a refund for the order I never received. They need to CHANGE who they ship with very unprofessional...
