Extremely disappointing experience given the amount of reviews and empty promises on the site. Especially for an international buyer! Ordered $180 worth of clothes given the great social media reviews and prices; I was in the US at the time I ordered, their website says 24 hours processing and two day shipping so I ordered on the Saturday before I flew out on the following Thursday night so bass on the website it should have arrived my Thursday at the latest. Processing took 3 days before it was even shipped and when I contacted FashionNova (daily from the time of order) they basically couldn't care less! No acknowledgment or assistance offered even after I explained to them I was flying out and they just responded saying the processing time is actually 24-72 hours (NOT ON THE WEBSITE). Then finally it shipped but my apartment number on my delivery address was missing on the confirmation so they told me to call OnTrac shipping - called them and they said only FashionNova could update it - OnTrac sent an email to FashionNova to help confirm the updated addres and received NO RESPONSE so then my items are being returned and they can't do anything. I have called and emailed FashionNova numerous times over the past almost 2 weeks trying to sort this out and no response and no one answers the phone number. Horrible customer service, would not recommend ordering, it's not worth the money or hassle!

I loved everything about my experience with FN. It was easy to navigate, they answered all my inquiry questions promply, customized my order and when they shipped it I was notified of every status of my item. It was even earlier than expected, considering most online shops take forever to ship. I am so pleased and will be buying more dresses from here.
