Used to love using fashion nova to get some outfits for special occasions. My last three orders have been large and all have taken so long to get here. I have to constantly send out emails to make sure they ship and it's annoying to see two day shipping when it really is more like two weeks or more! They used to be true to their word and shipping was always on time but it has gradually been becoming a longer wait with each order. At the same time customer support is not as attentive and helpful as they were. Why pay for shipping at all if it isn't actually two days? Definitely going to start looking elsewhere for my clothes. This is getting ridiculous. This website will be a last resort kind of option from now on

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered $175 worth of items on 8/28/18 for my birthday that was on 9/10. I was supposed to receive free 2day shipping with orders over $75. I'm so disappointed. I received the confirmation email for my order. Several days later, I was told there would be a delay. The shipping email came several days later stating I wouldn't be receiving my birthday dresses. The tracking number only says "pre-shipment" to this day. One customer service agent said this happens often and most people still receive their order. The 2nd agent said there was a problem with my delivery and that my package was being returned. I said I would still like to receive my items. The agent said I couldn't. After all this time, I should have received my partial oder at least. I order online for most of my clothing & needs. This has been the worst experience in my life. I was sent a gift card. But if I'm not receiving my items, I'd like the refund to be sent to my original form of payment. To say that Fashion Nova has celebrity endorsement would lead someone to believe the ordering process would be a great experience. Please make this right or I will continue to tell people of this terrible experience.

I had similar experiences to most complaining about shipping. Ordered a dress on Monday that I wanted to use on Saturday. I figured two day shipping (in my mind it was comparing to amazon Primes shipping) will give me plenty of time to receive the dress and try on. I received shipping information Friday saying delivery won't be until next Tuesday so shipping basically will take over a week! I will not make the same mistake twice I should have read reviews before ordering.

Free 2 day shipping with a purchase of $75 and over- shipping was free, but after 3 days I had received no shipping number and no package, contacted customer service and she told me it takes 3 days to PROCESS the order, before shipping. Ordered on a Tuesday, received my shipping info on Friday, and my package was delivered on Tuesday. 7 Days to receive my package- but was told 2 days shipping. The website should clarify, 2 days shipping (not including weekend) AFTER 3 days of processing.

Amazon Prime- free 2 days shipping, you receive in 2 days. Fashion Nova is NOT 2 day shipping.

I am Kelly Miller and Fashion Nova is full of bull$#*! they make you pay a $6.99 shipping fee but then when two days pass by you are wondering why your order has came! So I call their customer service was $#*!! I spoke some named ALEX who acted like he was so bother after I call just 10mins of them opening up the lines at 10:00 am and he could not tell me nothing but that I just should have read the fine print of it take taking 72hrs tp process the order which they lies at check out for the 2days it really takes up to a week, week in a half for you to get your order. Then ALEX send me a sup. I did' NOT get her name but she had no need to help me AT ALL! All she kept saying that I had to wait 72hrs plus the 2days I paid for! Wow they are such liars on this website! They only good and fast shipping to the FAMOUS PEOLPE!
