Fashion Nova is a horrible company to do business with. I was trying to process a credit. I put in the auth code sent to me by FN not realizing they were going to process my order using the credit card I used before. I e-mailed them immediately asking them not to process the order because I was trying to use my credit. Their response was too bad once a order is place there is nothing we can or will do about it, which is too bad, I'm sorry I made a mistake, I'm only human.
I ordered two sweatsuits September 18,2018 on a Tuesday at 9:35 am... it is September 21,2018 it still has not been shipped... I paid for two day shipping on my end it says paid... however on their shipping end it says unfulfilled... I emailed them I want to cancel the order because I'm not getting what I paid for and I had plans of using that for traveling purposes this week... they told me they can't cancel order even if it has not been shipped... most companies don't charge a card right away until they have shipped the items paid for... these people will charge you and Idk know could be out of what I ordered... who knows... but I definitely reported that to my bank!
They were very accommodating and communicaton was wonderful. The shirt came a week earlier than expected! I highly recommend this site if you are on the fense! Save your money and get a beautiful shirt!
The dress just came in and it's beautiful! I am a snob when it comes to quality so I took a chance and if at the very least im only put about $100 and I'll keep looking. I will not be looking any further this dress is just what I wanted.
I ordered my shoes from this site. I had a hard time spending a thousand dollars on a dress I'd wear once. This shoes met all of my expectations and then some.
I sent back three returns with economy cuz with tracking number its $#*!in expensiv from switzerland and they didnt write anything about sending it with trackingnumber on their hompage. I filled out the returncard and everything corectly! And wrote them several times per mail WHAT I sent back, I mean they dont ask themself who has returned those shorts, we need to give refund back!? No they are like: oh, no trackingnumber, great! Tell never arrived & then sell again? Still they are telling me: We do not have a record of your return in our system. Please provide tracking information for the return so that we may verify when the return was delivered. In my eyes, they are thiefs! Three orders worth more than 100$. Bigest mistake: thought why not try out. Guess never anymore... Im so sad & angry...
All in all it´s a beautifull dress and well made. And I do some little work, so that it´ll fit perfectly soon. Thank you!
