I ordered Fashionnova jeans because I heard such great reviews about them. I tracked my package excited about it's arrival. When I received the notification that my item had been delivered, to my dismay I arrived at my apartment to see that my mailbox was empty. Since it was late, I figured it was dropped off at the apartment office. The next day, I go to my apartment office twice and my item was no where to be found. I contacted the post office that gave me inquiry number only to tell me that they have it listed as delivered. I called the post office back, for which I was told to file a claim. At the same time, I reached out to Fashionnova in hopes they would understand what is going on, and maybe just resend the item. Instead, I was told that they need a denied claim. I received a phone call on Monday, that post office can not do anything about my item, and if the carrier left it at the wrong box, then it's no longer their responsibility. I emailed Fashionnova with my entire dilemma. All day, I did not receive any notification or return email. I then decided to call. I spoke to a very nice young lady and as sweet as she was, only offered me a promo code. Granted, I appreciate her attempt to try her best to resolve my issue, however she was denied. I only asked for my item to be reshipped because I needed by Friday and they were not even willing to do that. I work in customer service and the sign of a good company that cares about the people they serve should go above and beyond. Especially if it is not at the fault of the customer. I provided claim ids, screen shots of my claim, and reference numbers to my claim, as proof that I'm not just trying to score free jeans. I just want the item that I paid for or my money back. I do not understand why this is difficult. Looking at some of the reviews, I see I'm not the only one. Sadly, I had planned my next outfit that was well over 100 worth of clothing. I am so disappointed on how difficult it is, to do something that is right by the customer.
Good stuff, good prices, but slow and expensive delivery. I like everything I have ordered. However, delivery is kind of slow, and I think more expensive than necessary.

I ordered over 200$ in clothes for my vacation that was coming up and I was aware that I was qualified for free 2-day shipping. First, that's a lie. My clothes haven't shipped off til a week later after I got off my vacation then on top of that when I does get shipped, some of my clothes are out of stock. Wtf? How is that possible and now they're telling me that can give me a refund. I don't want no refund I want the clothes that I was expecting. Now I have to wait for this refund to come. I wonder how long this gonna take.
My orders have always arrived on time, who can beat that? I highly recommend fashionnova for anyone who's in need of quality clothing for half the price it would sell at a regular store.

Online shopping is easier for me with living in a small town, being a mom of 4 and running an in-home daycare. And if things don't fit it's easy to get them returned in the 14 days they give you. The items are always great quality!
I am pleased with the selection of clothes available at really good prices. Delivery is quick, my only concern is measurements. I have to stick to my favorite labels as I know what size to look at, and posted measurements do not seem to be accurate.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all
Answer: The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
