Fashion Nova may have nice clothing but their return policy is horrible! You also have to pay to return and tif they lose your return, they insist that you do the legwork). Ridiculous! Also, if you receive a credit for a return (because Fashion Nova does not refund any money under any circumstances), they take there time resending your new order, because it is a credit and they are not receiving money from you this time around. I have been waiting two weeks now and although the merchandise is available, it still has not shipped. At first, their excuse was it takes 72 hours. Now their excuse is "sorry for the delay", and that's it! And there's no way to reach customer service by phone because it always say "all circuits are busy". I vow to never use this company again once I have used my credits. I want my money back and to be done with this company! I have also filed with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Regulatory Affairs because of returned merchandise that they lost.
I ordered a dress and later got message it was out of stock even though I was able to place the order. However, the company quickly processed the cancellation but I would rather know it was out of stock before that.

They play around with the 72 hours processing... I read a review that said a customer tried to cancel an order after 3 hours, well they told me they could not process my order until the next day... hhhmmmmm. My daughter's senior homecoming dance, they did not get the dress out in time, their solution... lets wait and see if the dress shows up in time... THAT IS NOT A SOLUTION! If it is no show, I have one evening to try and find a replacement dress... UGH! I asked for the company to overnight a dress out to me... they do not have those capabilities at this time... convenient. Right? If you are under time constraints- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- If you expect customer service... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- If you are not in a hurry to receive your dress and do not care about customer service... THIS is the Store for You -

This company is unbelievable and money hungry. I placed an order today, I called a few hours after to cancel the order and I was told they can not cancel an order once it's in the system it has to be mail out. The upsetting part about this policy is the fact that once an order is mailed out the costumer can only receive store credit not a refund. So basically this company is dictating how you spend your money, even if you hate the product. If I don't like the material of the clothing nor the company I shouldn't be forced to spend my money there. I should be able to at least cancel my order or request a refund.

I bought from fashionnova for the first time about a month ago, and I bought about four shirts, two jeans, a sweater and two earrings. The items are good quality.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
