Shipping was fast and my jumpsuit fit like a glove. I loved everything about it, will be purchasing again.
The ONLY reason I ordered from this company is because my very first time purchasing from them they screwed up so bad on my birthday ordered that when I returned it I was stuck with their gift cards because they don't give refunds even if they send you a defective product. This alone is ridiculous.
So after having these cards for months I finally used them giving this company another chance... omg. Again customer service failed to deliver. I placed a order two weeks before my event and after almost a week my order is still in processing... wt$. So I called to check the status and was told they don't know when the order will ship... so I told her to just cancel it, does me no good to arrive weeks after my event. Their rep said and I quote " when the order final ships once it arrives to you, pay to return it to us and you'll get a gift card".
Why would I want to receive another gift card? Their policy states 72 hours processing time, now unless they ship on Saturday and Sunday. And they don't my package should have been on its way by now. They need to change their policy to reflect correctly and say it takes a week.
The customer service is very subpar and Fashion Nova needs a course in that dept as well as honesty. As a business owner since 2005 customer service is a core part of business.
I will be leaving a negative review and now they will lose a potential customer. Maybe that will help this company realize how very important integrity, honesty, and customer service is when dealing with customers

Fashionnova's customer service SUCKS! I ordered over 200 dollars worth of clothing over 2 months ago and due to their garbage delivery service, it arrived late while I was out of town and got sent back to their warehouse. I cannot speak to a representative for the life of me. The best they will do is respond to your emails with a pre-composed message. They do not answer their phone line, I have called for days and at this point I don't believe they actually have a phone center, like it's a fake line. Rather than re ship my package, as I requested, they intend to credit me the balance to my account. Still no credit though. Even though it returned to their logistics center 2 weeks ago. This company $#*!ing sucks and I haven't even touched their clothing yet.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."
Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
