I got the ( glad I met you dress) I'm going to be honest the quality of this dress is disappointing it's definitely not worth your money the shoes are nice but I definitely will not be buying dresses from them again! My experience with Fashion Nova has been absolutely horrible. I'm not exactly sure which location store my items are coming from because everything was ordered online. It has been over 72 hours after ordering my products and I have yet to receive a tracking number. Every time I have reached out to see what's going on with my items, I am being sent the same automated email. I have called twice this week and was told my items where processed and I would get a tracking number at the end of the business day 10/10/18. I have yet to receive it. This is completely unacceptable. You guys had no issue with taking my hard earned money, I should not have to go through this as a customer. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered a pair of jeans and selected two day shipping. Received a confirmation email. Seven days later, I still heard nothing about shipping. Emailed customer service. They told me it was still being processed, sometimes things take longer blah blah blah, whatever I said okay thanks bye. The following day, I received an email saying my order had been refunded. I email customer service back and say what is this? I didn't cancel it, I didn't ask for a refund, what's up? Customer service responds two days later saying "your item is out of stock, can't send you it!" I check the website... item in my size is definitely still in stock. I inform customer service of my finding. They say, "oh sometimes the website doesn't update when things are out of stock." UMMM. How can you possibly be selling items to customers that you don't even have available? But are saying you have available? Isn't that like fraud or misrepresentation or something... BS, I can't believe I wasted time with this company.
