This is the email I sent to the complaints department for review today:
3:13PM 10/16: I contacted your service center and was on hold for 20-30 mins... when I finally got someone, I advised that it was ridiculous that I waited that long. RESPONSE: USUALLY the wait is an HOUR? Now, we move on to my order status, your website states 72 Business hours for an order to ship. I placed order # last Thurs evening. Today is 3 bd's is it not? FRI, MON, TUES? First the rep was VERY rude and indignant because she did not like my line of questioning. She at first advised that with the order number provided, she could not access my order. I then provided my email address. She could then access my order and stated the order number was correct? HUH? I questioned why my order is not shipping today and instead of tomorrow... she again became rude because of my line of questioning. She then placed my on hold while I was speaking and HUNG UP ON ME! This just happened.
Are these the types of people you employ? I have placed several orders with your company, which can be fact checked, but trust that this will be the LAST one. Thank you for your time.
I placed an order in May, did not receive it. Called for assistance and as per instructions filed an affidavit in July. Waited 30 days for the investigation, and it is not OCTOBER and I have receive neither my package or a refund (which is what was discussed with the customer rep). Everytime I call it automatically hangs up. Beyond frustrated, never buying again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I recently purchased around $200 worth of clothing from Fashion Nova and I could not be anymore disappointed. The hype about the brand and their clothing is almost a joke and I should've read more reviews before buying a whole bunch of stuff that clearly did not look how the items looked on the website. Despite the fact that the clothes did not match the photos shown and were not true to sizing as some stuff fit perfectly and others fit more bigger or looser, I was happy to place a return. I live in Australia and I went into the post office only to find out shipping is about $80! I am very very disappointed in the fact that I have to spend almost as much money as what I would get back in a refund which is not worth it. I feel so disappointed I want to cry that this money could've been spent elsewhere. I understand that on their "easy returns" page it states that you are liable for the return of shipping costs if you want to return an item but people like them would know how to scam young and naive women into not being aware of how much shipping charges would be. I'm so appalled that a website promoting being yourself and looking good use this as a way to take advantage of young women.
I've been shopping with you guys. I always find good pieces. What I loved most about FN was the quick shipment. Now I guess volume has increased and shipping takes much longer.
So many of my friends and family always ask me they Love my cloths and I always recommend everyone to shop at Fashionnova.com, I give 5 starts and beyond!

OMG. I am so glad that I found this website. Hip, trendy and clothes that actually fit my plus size stature. I am officially a FN addict.
Since I started shopping at FN I never had any problems with any of my orders. I never had to call customer service to find out about any order they came on time.
I personally love everything I have purchased. So far the size, cut, and style has been exactly what's described. I love the model selection, they're realistic everyday fabulous women and they make it a ton easier to shop.
OMG! I was holding my breath, I can now breathe again. I read almost all of the reviews and was so nervous to order from Fashionnova. There were so many negative reviews, but I really wanted 2 of their dresses. I just received my order, and I must say I'm pleasantly satisfied! Whew. All I say is everyone may have different experiences, mine went effortlessly well.
It was my first time ordering and i was very nervous! However, my dresses are beautiful! I ordered the clothes for a family trip to Jamaica and i LOVE my clothes. I hope there are beautiful bathing suits on the website! Im a happy customer!

At first I thought it was a scam but then I tried it out and I was satisfied with the items I received. My packages are always on time I be surprised on how fast they arrive! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!
Before ordering I was hesitant to due to all the unpleasant reviews but I proceeded anyway. I just received my package today and everything was there. I'm going on vacation soon and my order arrived quickly as I hoped it would. All of my pieces fit well too, that's also a plus. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
Their clothes are really cute. Their sizing is very off, very misleading. You order something and it's too small.

I always Pay a lot to ship items back Thru UPS to make sure everything gets to them soon according to my tracking # My return got there 10/04 signed as received by Them. And today is 10/15 and I'm still haven't receive my credit, After several Calls and E Mails Back and Forth this is all I been getting as an answer:

I'm going out on Vacations I really Need to re order this And I'm still waiting... So up to you after my advice Like I said Love their Clothes and Offers but They Need a Better Return Policy this sucks!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

Answer: FN website it states, "If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."
Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all
Answer: The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
