Ordered on the 12th 10 days later no reply other than automated email and no refund even though I was sent a link that was supposed to allow me to. No call line it is just a series of voice mails that leads back to the website. Save the headache do not order.
Ordered 10 days ago and still haven't received anything. No emails on explaining what's going on other then a delay and that our money would be refunded and still haven't had that refunded. "Customer service" number is a fake all it does is sends you to the website to email. And that it's self takes 24 hrs to respond back. I want my $#*!ing money back!

My orders to arrive over 2 weeks. Last scan was in Sydney Australia 1 week ago and still nothing. What a joke is America's shipping let alone fashion nova's shipping partner.
Their supposed "2 day shipping" actually takes over a week. It's been 7 business days and my order has still not been shipped out even though I was supposed to receive it 5 days ago. I've reached out to the company 3 times and have yet to receive a reply.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THE 2 DAY DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS A JOKE! IF YOUR ORDERING SOMETHING FOR HALLOWEEN YOU WILL NOT GET IT IN TIME!

I literally PAID for my two day shipping over a week ago and it STILL has not shipped. They do not have a number to call so you have to use their pathetic emailing service witch is HORRIBLE!

Everything I have ordered from Fashionnova is great quality and ordering off the site is easy. They always have the items I order. It is delivered when the tracking says it's gonna be delivered.
And great selections, And the prices are reasonable.The only problem I have is sometimes when I call the hold times could be extreme.
