Report Fashion Nova to the BBB and dispute charges with your bank. That's what I did. I let my bank know that they charged me without shipping my items. They're investigating and I'll get my money back soon. This was my 1st order with them and I'm so disappointed.

You guys bring the latest styles for the greatest Price. The quality of the clothing is good the sizings are great. The shipping is good as well. My ONLY concern is a lot of times when I go to put in the discount code that you guys offer it never goes through
