Every time I have ever ordered from Fashion Nova they have complications with my order in regards to availability and payment, the shipping is always delayed and has even been sent to the wrong address before, and their site says it takes 24 hours for a response from customer care and it does not! I've waited days for a response. I've waited a long time for shipping. I've waited a long time for a refund. My recent order was about $450 USD and no where to be found and I am still trying to get in contact with them. I want to love you guys but you guys are straight up running a clown operation. They pay so much attention to heavy promotion to direct traffic there and make money but their customer care lacks incredibly.

International buyers beware.

Live in Australia, paid via Paypal. Tracked shipping has taken up to 4 weeks in the past even though they advertise 1-2 weeks, which is fine, but not this time. TWO MONTHS go past so I email customer service and I am very clear: either find the tracked parcel and get it to me, or refund my money. They come back confirming the packages (which they absolutely know for certain because it's a tracked parcel) and offer store credit, not even daring to acknowledge that I said "refund". I say no, I want a refund. They come back and say they'll need a affidavit. If you don't know what that is, it's the USA equivalent of an Australian Statutory Declaration which is a legal document and looks EXTREMELY INTIMIDATING to people who aren't familiar with it. Completely unnecessary step in this process that basically assumes all customers are liars even though tracked shipping has already confirmed. They also tell me that I should allow THIRTY DAYS for the "investigation". This would exceed my timeframe to escalate my Paypal dispute to a claim (which I am not willing to miss since Fashion Nova have made it abundantly clear they want to hold my money hostage after they failed to deliver a product). I told them the date I would be escalating the Paypal dispute to a claim. No acknowledgement of this, no effort to escalate, just another chirpy canned response saying thanks, please allow 30 days! :) Absolutely uninvolved. Would never shop again and actively warn other people against it. That refund should have been greenlit the same day they confirmed the tracked parcel was lost. It's up to Fashion Nova to insure themselves against lost parcels, NOT for me, the customer, to have my money held hostage while they drag their heels with unnecessary red tape and pathetically slow turnaround on complaints. UPDATE: Had to escalate my Paypal dispute to a claim, which was resolved in my favour and I've received my refund. Thoroughly convinced Fashion nova would have held on to my money or outright stolen it if they had the chance. I would NEVER recommend you make a purchase through this site but if you absolutely have to, PAY THROUGH PAYPAL to protect yourself because Paypal has a competent complaints escalation process and Fashion Nova doesn't!

I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this FRAUD SITE. Placed order for USD 224 on 14th Oct - not shipped yet and no idea when they will ship. Followed-up with their customer service multiple times over the past week, and their response is always 'sorry love, we have a problem with our warehouse, we will ship soon', but will not give a date by when they will ship. And I HATE their calling me 'LOVE'! I'm cancelling the order and asking for a refund!

DON'T BELIEVE THE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS ON THIS SITE. I've read all 'REAL' reviews for the past 15 days, and EVERY ONE of them is about NON-DELIVERY. Since Fashionnova customer service has acknowledged that they have a problem with their warehouse and unable to ship, it makes you wonder how the 5-star reviewers received their orders!

I will NEVER BUY from this site again. I will also ask my family (they have over 100,000 Instagram/Twitter followers) to NAME AND SHAME fashionnova.com online - THIS COMPANY WILL FAIL SOON, AND THEY WILL RUN WITH YOUR MONEY. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR ENTRAPMENT

Ordered a few things for an event i had coming up. Paid for 2 day shipping ad till this day never received my order. I got a conformation email after placing an order, tried emailing them for an update about a week later and got nothing in return. They used to ship fast. Instead of trying to grow their buisness through every instagram model alive they need to make sure they can handle the load of orders they already have! Ive been seeing so many complaints smh

I ordered Halloween costume on 10/14 and received confirmation. I did not receive any email letting me know items had been shipped. I go to website and check on status of my order to find that there is no information whatsoever. I email them since their customer service number goes straight to voice mail. Representative emails me and tells me my order has not been shipped there is some delay and that he does not have a shipment date available for my order. I tell him to cancel my order and refund me my money since i wanted these items for Halloween. He tells me my refund will be under review. What the heck! I tell him to give me the direct number of a supervisor since their customer service number is not helpful and takes me to voice mail. He responds with the customer service number i gave him. I am so frustrated. Their customer service is horrendous! Stay away do not order from them!

Ordered three items early on a Monday morning. I received a confirmation immediately. Then, on Tuesday, I received an email saying it had processed. I emailed the company to inquire when it would ship because I had paid extra for two day shipping with the understanding that it would arrive within three days total. After multiple emails over multiple business days I have yet to hear back from anyone and my order still hasn't shipped. When I tried to call I got a voicemail and no option to speak to a person. AVOID THEM.
