Ordered 10/12 & still haven't shipped. 1st time I've experienced issues from FN but probably my last time spending my monies with them. I need you to care about me as a customer. I know you have many as I have many other options to shop with. I will bypass asking for a refund and simply dispute with my bank as you've already wasted enough of my time.

SERIOUSLY THO WHERE IS MY STUFF? IM STARTING TO HATE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE ABOUT SHIPMENT&CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! ITS SO HARD TO GET IN TOUCH OVER THE PHONE AND THEY REPLY HELLA LATE TO EMAILS. IM JUST SO MAD AT THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY!

My order qualified for 2 day shipping. I have been waiting a month. I have asked to cancel my order and they won't let me. Instead they continue to send me form emails. I have attempted to contact them by phone but no one ever answers. Once this is resolved I will never do business with them again!

First of all half of these reviews are fake. I think they have their customer service staff spend 70% of their day writing online reviews... in my opinion. I've had the most horrendous order experience with them. I ordered over a month ago now and nothing yet. Won't respond to my emails, and apparently half of my order didn't ship won't refund me.

I haven't actually bought any closes from fashionnova yet but from what iv'e seen they are really nice and the website is easy to understand ans use.

Long story short I have the item I ordered and it's better quality than expected. The dates displayed on the site were a little confusing and changed for every size so I ended up ordering a size up to get the dress faster. Phone support was good though.

We recently purchased a dress. It was delivered exactly as it was shown on the website and was delivered to us in Canada in 6 days which was great. Size was perfect. And we're very happy with it.

Well i heard about this site from a co worker and decided to place and order. Well well, i placed an order on the 12/10/18 but i have not seen any updates on my package when it will be shipped.am so disappointed because, i was planning to shop again once i recieve my first order but well i guess its not happening any more.

The dress arrived within good time and the quality and the size is amazing! The one thing that I didn't like that they ship the dress with USPS I wish they could offer shipping on DHL or any another company.

The quality exceeded my expectations and the dress looked exactly like how it looked on the model on the website. The ordering process was easy and very efficient. I will definitely shop there on my next occasion because they have lovely dresses and the prices range from the 200 to 2000 approximately. Overall experience, very satisfied
