I ordered on Oct 16th and got the two day shipping. I have received NOTHING and everytime I contact them all I get is a automatic email with no reasoning accept that I will be contacted which never happens! I will be filing a claim on paypal for my order! One thing I'm sure of is these great reviews are fake and funny considering they say fantastic customer service... the phone number you cant even get a real person and no emails back... I dont know what fantastic customer service your dealing with because that is zero to me! Save your money!

I submitted a cancel order three times and they ignored my requests even though they never shipped my product horrible customer service you receive an email back which is a sad attempt if apologizing for not helping you with your issue and no other way to communicate with the company! I would never recommend this company! Now I have to return the merchandise when it arrives totally disgusted with this company
I believe that the positive reviews are fake, considering how much backlash fashion nova is getting on Instagram and Twitter. Fashion Nova deletes their bad reviews and tweets. I placed an order on October the 11th and have no update as to when it will be shipped. They are not responsive. The phone number is just an automated service. Please don't purchase from them, they are scammers and liars.
Placed 2 orders with Fashion Nova one on 10/15 and the other on 10/17. Both orders were for 2 day shipping, neither one of them have been shipped. Customer service is a joke, they reply with the standard automated email, stating someone will get back to you within 48-72 hours which is a lie! I just want my money back, I will probably have to dispute through paypal since I cant get anyone to respond via email. I will never buy from this company again! I honestly feel like the good reviews that they do have on here are fake since I can log into instagram and see that the majority of their customers are having the same issue as me.
I'm a big fan of Fashion Nova until now. I ordered a few pair of leggings maybe a month ago and just recently wore them. By the evening it was busting at the seem in the crotch. The leggings are cute they're the ones that are black with zipper at the knees. Size was perfect so I don't understand. So the next day I wore the black ( looks like denim with gold seems) legging and they too unraveled at seem in the inner thigh. Those legging are OS fits all. Good stretch. Not sure what happened there.
First time placing an order online wrong fashion nova gps system put my address for the wrong place called the customer service line successfully one time was told a manger would give me a call back never received a call back been a whole week now Everytime I call the customer service line It doesn't even let me speak to a customer representative which leads me to believe y'all blocked my number from the call center cause I call from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and it just goes to a beep completely unsatisfied I work in customer service and haven't received any help the 24/7 email center is no help either cause I've received more adds than I have actual replies I just wanna receive my refund and be done with this company with this kinda service I'm surprised y'all ain't shut down
