Love the Fashion Nova yet used them on the snow but can see they will work good. With skins that have extra sticky glue, these save the arms and shoulders from ripping them apart.

The site had the backpack I wanted for the cheapest price online. The checkout process was normal although it did take a little longer than I expected to arrive but it was easy to track online. My new member sign up discount code didn't apply to the purchase but overall a good experience!

Great price Not a ton of selection and I ended up having to return the coat for size and was unable to replace because they were out of stock, but the coat was exactly what I wanted. Price was good and it came quickly and packaged well. Return process was easy as well.

I ordered my items on 10/17... I ordered 2 day shipping... I have sent multiple emails with generic responses and offers for discount codes. Why would I want 30% off something I'm not going to receive? I requested a refund, which I'm sure from reading other reviews, will never happen. $200 wasted. This will be the last time I order from this site.

I placed an order on 10/22/18 and paid for 2 day shipping. When I placed the order their website had nothing about orders being delayed for processing otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from them. It is now 11/1/18 and I have yet to receive my package or a refund. I've tried contacting them multiple times and all I get is an automated email response with a bunch of BS. I cannot believe they are treating customers like this that have ordered from them for years. Why are they not refunding customers their money? This is ridiculous! Furthermore, all the recent 5 star reviews are fake! They have several recent complaints about the same issue on different websites (look at the BBB website). Instead of having their people put fake reviews on here, they need to have their people help and ship our packages out ASAP.

Turned a dress that didn't fit due to being too short and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my refundable code! I've emailed them several times and get no answer. It's expensive and can't comunícate with them. I paid for the dress and also had to pay shipping to sent it back. I went to the post office and they gave me a receipt with the name of who received it so they obviously already have my package. Never again!
I ordered a halloween costume 13 days ago for a party that i was going to 4 days ago. I paid extra for 2 day shipping so i can get it on time and i STILL never gotten it. Worst part about it is the customer service. They wouldn't cancel or ship my order. I paid $50 and still had nothing except copy/paste messages from their email support. NEVER AGAIN will i order from fashion nova... I finally got a link to cancel my order on the 24th/25th and i did it multiple times to ensure they received it. Instead, they shipped my order on the 26th with an overnight priority. Why couldn't they do that before? Lol now i don't need the costume. Just wanted my money back. So i read the return policy. They ONLY give store credit LOL. So that means they tried to play me. Knowing i wanted my money back they STILL shipped it so i couldn't get my money back. Only a store credit. BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! They're trash
Been a fashion niva shopper for years and this is ky last time buying. Ordered 10/16 and as of today 10/31 no comfirmation of shipment. All these other 4 and 5 star reviews on here make me laugh they are all fake! Horrible customer service, dont even respond to emails, dms, phone calls, etc. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY. I PLACED MY ORDER IN SEPTEMBER STILL NO ORDER. CHECK HOW MANY COMPLAINTS WERE FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Placed an order on 17th Oct, never received a tracking number for the order since then. I've contacted them multiple times and their only reply is to give them "ample time". Are you kidding me?
I spent $245.92 on the order. I've asked them to cancel it since they keep saying it hasn't been shipped and they have No information! And they're still not canceling and giving the refund! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They clearly only care about their celebrity clan.
