I just want to point out how pathetic a company has to be to make a bunch of fake reviews so they don't look bad. All of these recent five star reviews about fast shipping I guarantee is a lie because they haven't shipped orders in over a month! I placed an order on the 13th of October and spent $280 and they still haven't shipped anything. I sent them an email and they said your order will ship soon. Fast forward two weeks and nothing. I emailed again demanding a refund or I will file a dispute with my bank. This is really ridiculous the way they are handling this whole thing. Instead of looking out for the customers they are being greedy thinking they can take peoples money and not send the merchandise. They didn't put the banner up on they website about delays until a week after I placed my order. If I would have saw that I wouldn't have order now but later once they got their stuff together. Now I don't think I'll order again. I'm disappointed because I've never had a problem with them before and I've spent about $1,500 on their site. Now I'm going to have to look for somewhere else to shop. Oh and I still haven't received a refund or my items 20days later.

I ordered two pairs of jeans and two shorts on October 19th for a girls' trip that took place October 26th. My package finally arrived several days after the trip on October 31st with no warning. I never recieved any other email besides my initial confirmation email. No transit or shipping email was ever sent this time, which was weird.

I open my package to discover only one pair of jeans and two pairs of shorts. One pair of jeans was completely missing. I looked at my receipt and was shocked. Only three of my items were on the receipt at full price (I had typed in an access code that was supposed to take 30% off the order). I went back to my order summary on my confirmation email and discovered I had one pair of jeans that I HAD BOUGHT that were not delivered. I recieved three items for $77 instead of 4 items for the same price. I called the next day to discover no one actually answers the phone, it's automated and will take a voice mail (WTF?) I've emailed them and hope I will receive the jeans I paid for but I'm not too optimistic. I want these jeans so badly I might bite the bullet and purchase them again but this raggedy order has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I've ordered from Fashion Nova several times and besides slow shipping have never had an order botched so badly. Reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one who received poor service recently. Fashion Nova will lose steam quickly if they keep scamming people out of their hard earned money and botching orders. Instagram models can't keep them afloat if they lose the rest of their customers.

I ordered on October 20th, 2018 and paid for expedited shipping. They keep saying that their are delays due to warehouse issues. The website stated when I made my purchased, that it takes 3 business days for them to process my order and have it shipped out. Well it's beyond that now and I have sent two emails. The responses are generic and doesn't really tell me much. I will dispute with PayPal on Monday as well. This is not how you get and keep customers.

This is my 3rd review about my issue. I wound up emailing back and forth with a Fashion Nova customer representative, who had an ACTUAL NAME, after I started saying how I was going to dispute with my bank. The representative kept telling me to cancel my order instead of disputing with my bank. I went ahead and told her to just cancel it then! THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received a shipping confirmation telling me my order has been shipped. A WHOLE MONTH LATER. Why did I have to tell them to cancel my order in order for them to finally ship my order? But, there's more! I received my package to only find ONE bodysuit inside. Just a package slip and ONE bodysuit. I ordered TWO different bodysuits. So, now I have to contact that customer service representative, again, and ask her how they plan on correcting this. This is beyond ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They say they are processing your order, hold your money and never respond back. They are so unprofessional, they do not have a customer support number, takes 3 days to get a response from email, and the response I did get was an automated email. I ordered on here before, never had a problem till now. If they do have a problem with the distribution center then they need to stop taking orders because obviously nobody's order is getting fulfilled. I am very disappointed because I wanted my outfit. These five star reviews are fake as hell. Fashion Nova needs to be shut down.
