I have placed an order 10/19, called the customer service a few times and left a voicemail once because I couldn't speak to anyone... my order was over their $75 two day shipping threshold... I have not received a return call and I am incredibly pissed... I want my products or a full refund... I have waited for customer service and I am yet to receive it... horrible first purchase experience and I will share my experience with everyone that brings it up
I placed an order with this company and I have not received it yet. The USPS has lost my package I have emailed the letter to fashion nova from the USPS stating that they have lost my package. O have called and email this company. I either need a refund or just replace my order with something else that I can order. HELP!
