They only care to look good for celebrities they comment on famous ppl Instagram all day but can't answer their customers at a proper time... they are terrible at communicating! They don't give one single damn about their loyal customers that work their asses off! I made a huge purchase Sep 20th 2 DAY SHIPPING.we are now In NOVEMBER! I have not received a shipping email nor my package! I sent them so many emails and they finally replied saying... "we didn't forget about you and the order is set to ship very soon however we do not have an exact date and time due to this delay. We even opened a new distribution center. WOW Blah blah blah! Why did they not let us know ahead of time! I want $500.48 BACK TO MY ACCOUNT! This is unprofessional... NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE

The same thing happened to me that happened to a lot of other people on here who ordered within the same time frame. I made a large order on October 20th. I was not made aware until after I made the purchase that processing may take 7-10 business days because of them moving to a new warehouse (in small print at the bottom of my purchase confirmation email). After 11 business days went by, I emailed FN and got a generic response with 30% off and the option to cancel my order. I decided to stick it out and just got the email today that my order has been shipped. This is by no means acceptable, but I wanted people that ordered in the same time frame to know that my order has been shipped, so theirs might ship soon too. This will be my last purchase from fashion nova!
I literally order from Fashion Nova (FN) every month, sometimes 2 or 3 times a month. I've never had a problem in the past, but as of now I am frustrated. I placed an order on October 23 and have yet to receive my order or at least get any updates on it from FN. I understand they are moving their distribution center but they should put a hold on online ordering or wait to take the money out of customers accounts. Thankfully the items I ordered are just clothes I brought for the winter and are not outfits for an event or my birthday. Here's some advice Fashion Nova, if you want to keep your customers come up with a better way of having them communicate with you. And as for that 30% apology coupon, that's not a big deal because I've been using that code for months
I've been ordering from fashion Nova for years love the clothing had a few minor issues in the past nothing major... Until I place an order on October 18th totalIng 128$ waited about 4 days thought it was odd because my orders usually ship within 1 or 2 days emailed them numerous times and was told about the delays because of their move to a new distribution center. 1 why would they wait til after I place an order to tell me this? So I was told I can cancel my order which I tried doing multiple times with no success. So I waited about 2 weeks and called my Bank to dispute the charge and get my money back... I'm done with fashion Nova. Ok so Fashion Nova Is back on my good side lol I decided to give them another chance since I love the clothes and I've been receiving my orders in 2 days and it's shipping out the same day I place an order so I forgive you FN lol but please dont let it happen again
This is my third time ordering from them, and usually it is fast. However, as they switch distribution centers, they're not handling customer service very well. I placed an order on Oct. 21 and the worst part is I don't have access to the e-mail I placed it under, so I have no idea if they have been e-mailing me. I keep e-mailing them and all I get is an automated response saying something like "shipping usually takes 7 business days" when it is has been over 3 weeks. My package could be out in the middle of the ocean, who knows. Anyways, horrible customer service.
I placed an order on the 19th Oct got charged and everything and after a week i got an email that i got a refund no explanations but did i actually receive an refund? NOOO! Like an idiot that i'm i placed yet another order got charged but this time they kept quiet the status is unfulfilled, i send several emails no response. Mind you coming up with this money was not easy for me i am from east Africa i just followed the social media hype and got on the FN wagon and now i'm scammed by this company. And i made a point of living a negative review on one of the products and guess what THEY DELETED IT

I bought a joggers suit & a couple of shirts that I may want to wear for Thanksgiving & I don't even think I'll get them by then. I ordered on 10/25 & still have not been given a confirmation. This will be my very last time ordering anything from fashion nova & they can keep them damn 30% discounts that work just for about every damn body whether you're new to fashion nova or not. Very unacceptable service.
Same as the review below. Big batch ordered on Oct 19th. Got the confirmation email then a few days later an email about moving facilities. Said it'll take another 7-10 days but nope. No tracking number provided after that. Then came more automated emails about 30% off for apologies. Nope not going to take it. Where is my $170? It's been 20 days and zero tracking. Tons of emails sent out. Not one reply. Meanwhile they're super interactive on their social media platforms answering questions about sweater colors. Great service. First time buyer here. Can't even cancel my order their site says.
I made two large orders, one on the 19th and the 25th of October both of which together equal to over $300. Mind you, I made an order on the 18th and it got delivered to me fast and smooth with no issues! So anyways, I received an email confirmation that my orders was received and they would let me know when its been shipped out, WELL fast forward a couple days later, fashion nova decides to post about the warehouse delay (something they should of BEEN done ahead of time to give us customers a heads up) So im like okay, cool no problem, 7-10 days isn't bad... well it's Nov 5th and NOTHING. Sent them an email last week, asking them about my orders and got a generic email and 30% discount code... why in the world would i order more items when you guys haven't even sent me the orders that i've already placed and PAID for? On top of that, my sister and I ordered at the same time on October 19th and she received her dress in the mail last week! I just really started ordering from fashion nova and never had a problem, they were great with everything but this is sooooo unprofessional. You guys should of prepared better for this warehouse move and let your customers know AHEAD of time that you were going to do this! I canceled both of my orders today, (which i didnt want to do) and i'm waiting on a confirmation email, but seeing some of these reviews on here i doubt i'll even see my money! Which is perfectly fine because I've already talked to my bank about making a dispute if they try to keep my money! Really disappointed in this company, will never fool with them again, which sucks because I really liked their items.

I have ordered a couple of items from this site and have been VERY pleased every time. I have always received my packages very quickly and efficiently.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
